Dark Munster Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 When you add in Deeney’s comments from before against Arsenal something like whack the first one and see how many fancy it can’t see it being recinded. Looks like he had an Easter break with the family, and a long rest before the Final, all nicely planned. And also give Cardiff some hope in the Liverpool game rather than roll over. If they could get a draw and scupper the dippers title challenge that would be enjoyable. Good point. Very unlikely to make a difference, but then again they were unlucky against Chelsea. If they lose to Brighton it'll be all over and Liverpool will stream roll all over them. If Cardiff win there's still no way they'll catch us, and it'll greatly increase our chances of finishing above Brighton (adding £2m to the PL money). It's incredible with 5 matches left we can hope for Cardiff to win. Shows what a ****ing genius Ralph is.
JRM Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 100% Cardiff win tonight just to make it interesting and keep Brighton below us.
Sheaf Saint Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 100% Cardiff win tonight just to make it interesting and keep Brighton below us. Brighton would need to win by 5 goals or more to go back above us.
striker Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Huge match for Brighton at home. Not that I think they are any good, but if there was ever a match they would win its this one. Brighton 2-0, and Warnock can take his *****y attitude back to the Championship
Bad Wolf Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Loser is going down IMO. I don't think this really has any bearing on us anymore. Cardiff are NOT going to make up 8 points on us and even if they did, Brighton would still have to do something special. The odds on us going down now must just be astronomical.

the boy from saints Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Any streams out there for Brighton/Cardiff? This one seems to be working for the moment! 0-0!

Shroppie Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 This is going to test Brighton's character. Could easily fold. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
whelk Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Saw Hughton was something like 20/1 to be next manager to go. Not going to last at this rate. Brighton are shot
striker Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Ha ha ha, this is going to be entertaining. The pressure is building on Brighton, just wait until their fans start to turn.

Lighthouse Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 We need 3-4 points to be safe. I wouldn't want to tempt fate by hoping for Cardiff to win but I can't see them getting to where we are now, let alone 39/40 points. Winning tonight and against Palace and Fulham would only put them on 37. For us to need 4 points, they would have to win those 3 and beat Liverpool or Man Utd.
stknowle Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Barca two up. All over. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Night’s getting better (cheeky Barca Brighton win double with correct scores)
saint1977 Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Wolves, Newcastle, Arsenal and Man U to come. On this form, hard to see any more points. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk City at home to finish, who may need to win for the title. Newcastle home the only realistic prospect for a win, although Hudds did do the double over Wolves. Can’t think they will want their season to fade out though and would fancy them to beat Brighton at home. Cardiff would need to beat both Fulham and Palace, whilst hoping I’ve been right about the above. Another Brighton point somewhere and Cardiff would need something from either Liverpool or Man U desperate for a win.
whelk Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 I’m worried how arrogant people are getting regarding our position... Pussy
John Boy Saint Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Barca two up. All over. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk You missed the best bit on that - Messi had an innocuous shot no real pace by the time it got to De Gea it had become a bar of soap!! Trickled into the net!!
trousers Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 I’m worried how arrogant people are getting regarding our position...Especially the bookmakers at 500-1...

Matthew Le God Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 I’m worried how arrogant people are getting regarding our position... Why do you think the views of fans on the internet will have any impact on the relegation battle? Why be worried? If the players were complacent that is the time to be worried, not the fans. Brighton looked a mess and have a difficult fixture list... It is Brighton who should be worried!

Give it to Ron Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Watching them on Saturday against Bournemouth when half couldn’t be arsed to chase back when they lost it they need a big change in effort skill luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
striker Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Folding like a lawn chair. Brighton is in big trouble, one more win by Cardiff may be all they need.
CB Fry Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 I’m worried how arrogant people are getting regarding our position...Worry away mate if you want to be a sopping wet fart about it. We are so safe it is unbelievable. Absolutely positively definitely not being relegated this season. Get over it.
Batman Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Brighton have some disgusting games for the rest of the season Best bet is Newcastle at home, that is about it (They do not look like playing in silly season)
Manuel Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 If we have to use the last ditch Huddersfield Town safety net, we will.
Shroppie Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 If we have to use the last ditch Huddersfield Town safety net, we will.I really can't see it coming to that. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
whelk Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 Some on here will be sh1tting it about Cardiff’s goal difference so no doubt. FFS bookies have us 500/1 - that means no fck8ng chance of getting relegated

whelk Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 And still want Cardiff to beat Liverpool at weekend
Dalek2003 Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 A win by Cardiff tonight puts us and a few others right in the mix. I said they would win tonight and I said we would need 39 points. Looks like I may well be right again.
JRM Posted 16 April, 2019 Posted 16 April, 2019 I really can't see it coming to that. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Last minute winner to stay up against Huddersfield followed by a pitch invasion would be good to get our monies worth. In all seriousness i think Ralph and to some extent have thrived under pressure, a Cardiff win tonight keeps us pushing on and hopefully up a few places in the table.
