definitely the better side the past 15 minutes, but nothing to show for it. I agree, I'm afraid of the "classic Brighton script".

Tear up that script. RH’s Saints are always better in the 2nd half!

Looking better, but still feels like classic Brighton. Defend for their lives and Murray scores with their only good chance of the game...

Fixed it for you

We could save valuable time in games by throwing the ball directly to the opposition rather than attempting and continually failing to throw it to one of our players.

You can judge the match by the fact that this is just the start of page 2 of the match thread, and it is half time.

The usual suspects are all golfing or waiting for something bad to happen so they can come on and bash everything the club does.

0-0 h/t. We've not played too badly, but not a lot of quality in the game (as you'd expect from two of the worst teams in the league).

Feels like a game that'll be decided by one set piece or one mistake - not sure that favours us, unfortunately.

Brighton will surely try and be more imposing in the second half. They've been at half pace so far.

Definitely the team asking more questions of the opposition defence so far, but lacking any real penetration.

I get the sense that Brighton will be happy to play out a draw, which really doesn't suit us as we always struggle to break down those teams.

Ings definitely looking a little rusty, understandably, but still far more of a threat than a fully fit Austin or Long.

Hojbjerg MOTM so far for me. He's been the main instigator of pretty much all our decent attacking play and is making some great runs.

Just about to say the same...........but endeavouring to find an iPad friendly stream.

Armstrong hasn't played badly but Sims should replace him. The nightmare outcome is Murray scoring from a scrappy set piece - Saints doing well in midfield.

Played pretty well. Def by far the better of the chances. I actually prefer Saints w back 4 and extra midfield strength. We just end up controlling more and playing further up the pitch. Hoj+Romeu+JWP+Armstrong... strong combo, and winning ever more of the ball.

Nice to have Ings back. I have a hunch he may do something a little special second half.

p.s. here in US, live on CNBC.

Hojbjerg is turning into a really good player.

What the hell's happened? We were looking so in control and all of a sudden Brighton have jumped up a gear or two and having some pressure.

Had to happen as some point, just need to ride it out
