qwertyell Posted 31 March, 2019 Posted 31 March, 2019 Awful goalkeeping by Lloris. Weak header parried onto Toby and in.Lloris is one of the worst "world class" players around. Only Jordan Pickford (somehow the England goalkeeper) has made more errors leading to goals in the last three years in the PL. Not forgetting his absolute howler in the World Cup final no less. Honestly, Gazzaniga might be the best keeper at Spurs these days. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
Dark Munster Posted 31 March, 2019 Posted 31 March, 2019 well we won’t be playing with a striker, that’ll **** them up Mane, Salah and Firmino vs 0 strikers. What could possibly go wrong? Good job it's a "free hit."
nta786 Posted 31 March, 2019 Posted 31 March, 2019 Harsh on Cardiff that, yes. However if that plays a big part in securing our safety then I am all for it, howeevr selfish that sounds. Although, being the southerner I am, I would far prefer Burnley to go down instead of Cardiff!!!
Lighthouse Posted 1 April, 2019 Posted 1 April, 2019 Ramsay scores, there'll be a few celebrities losing sleep this week.
tajjuk Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 Could easily overtake Newcastle and Bournemouth now I reckon, have to play both of them, and a game in hand over both as well.
Lighthouse Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 I think Fulham could be in trouble Remember last summer when they won the transfer window and were leaving us behind already. Their stats in 2019 are hilarious (although I do feel a bit sorry for them) - 14 games, 13 defeats, 35 goals conceded. Conceded 2 or more in EVERY game (that includes a home cup game against Oldham)
Saints foreva Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 Hopefully another relegation on his C.V will be enough to silence the small minority of Saints fans who seem to have Calum Chambers on their wish list every transfer window. Awful defender.
Badger Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 Hopefully another relegation on his C.V will be enough to silence the small minority of Saints fans who seem to have Calum Chambers on their wish list every transfer window. Awful defender. Redmond also has two relegations on his CV although seems to have got over it this season. Chambers on the other hand probably falls into the trap of having left too soon without developing his game at Saints. Either that or we were fortunate to take the money when it was on offer.
S-Clarke Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 Forgot there were games tonight. Jeez, Fulham are the prime example of a bunch of individuals. At the start of the season they threw $$$$$ and everyone was going on about how impressive their £120m spending was, how they'll be up there, good to see ambiton. I wish we were fulham etc etc. But they broke what they had by doing that. And they didn't add quality to the most important area, which was attrocius at this level - their backline. If i'm honest, the bottom 3 is likley to now be the 3 in that order. I'll be very surprised if it's any different now.

Awful defender.Back to back relegations for Alfie Mawson too, whom some of supporters wanted to sign last summer to fix our defence. Another terrible defender. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
Colinjb Posted 2 April, 2019 Posted 2 April, 2019 Redmond also has two relegations on his CV although seems to have got over it this season. Bit harsh to include Birmingham on there, he hadn't even made a league appearance by that point.
Kenilworthy Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Bit harsh to include Birmingham on there, he hadn't even made a league appearance by that point. Redmond was with Norwich for relegation in 2013/14 and 2015/16
Evil Monkey Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 How long before someone starts a thread suggesting we sign a load of Fulham and Huddersfield players?

Investment has to be targeted at known quality rather than going for cheap squad players. We have three or four players that cost more than they should have done and are going to be difficult to shift, ie Boufal, Carillo etc
whelk Posted 3 April, 2019 Author Posted 3 April, 2019 Fcking Man City have put a crp side out. Still should be enough
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Fcking Man City have put a crp side out. Still should be enough Aguero injured. Sterling, the Silvas and Walker on the bench. In the other game that impacts us: Murray on the bench for Brighton. Hmm. For Chelsea, Giroud, Hazard, Kante start.
angelman Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 3 home wins tonight, please. Aye. Citeh started really well and should be 2 up within 5 minutes
Micky Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Awful goalkeeping. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Lovely jubbly, more please City and if Chelsea could show up, that'd be great...
LGTL Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Considering this is City's League Cup team, it could be embarrassing for Cardiff.
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 So if things go well tonight we could be: 5pts up on Cardiff with a game in hand Level with Brighton with 7 games left each Level with Burnley with a game in hand 3pts behind Palace with a game in hand
Give it to Ron Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Considering this is City's League Cup team, it could be embarrassing for Cardiff. Be happier if City got a couple more quickly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Be happier if City got a couple more quickly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk And Chelsea bagged one. The longer they go without scoring the more frustrated they tend to get (excluding the Cardiff game of course).
SuperSAINT Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Cardiff being mullered Would like a few more goals before I'm happy.
Dalek2003 Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Would like a few more goals before I'm happy. Yep. Never take anything for granted.
trousers Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Is it me or are Brighton playing a 10-0-0 formation...?
angelman Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Amazing stat a few minutes ago re: successful passes in the final third. It was 66 to Man City and 2 to Cardiff.
qwertyell Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Fcking Man City have put a crp side out. All XI would get in our side. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
Give it to Ron Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Jesus missed 3 good chances can see why Aguero starts all games Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 More please! And a few for Spurs too. Do they not want to open their new stadium account in style?
OttawaSaint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Jesus missed 3 good chances can see why Aguero starts all games Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk He has this thing about crosses, puts him off...
Micky Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 He has this thing about crosses, puts him off...Maybe, but they were nailed on chances... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
Give it to Ron Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Sane great strike Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sheaf Saint Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 2-0 City now. Hopefully Cardiff's GD will take a pounding tonight.
Micky Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 City making hard work of this. Or maybe not.... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
Give it to Ron Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 Maybe, but they were nailed on chances... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk He only comes alive after Easter Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dalek2003 Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 2-0 City, Sane Lets hope City can hang on to the victory in the second half.
St.JonB Posted 3 April, 2019 Posted 3 April, 2019 We are currently 60-1 to go down! Not sure why we are even discussing it [emoji6]
