John Boy Saint Posted 14 March, 2019 Posted 14 March, 2019 Sad news today that Charlie Whiting the man with his finger on the rules of Formula One, the go to man and the race starter for many years unexpectedly passed away in Melbourne on the eve of the opening race of the season from a pulmonary embolism.
