VectisSaint Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 "Spurs anthem rings out at the Riverside". Just **** off. Were they singing Saints go marching in then? That's disgraceful.
Batman Posted 5 January, 2020 Author Posted 5 January, 2020 Listening to the build up to the Liverpool/Everton game. Apparently some Liverpool player called Minamino is probably the greatest bargain in January transfer window history - according to a couple of journo's.. why do they say crap like this?
shurlock Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Milivojevic red card for violent conduct - 3 match ban, should miss our game at Selhurst Park. He was close to losing his head in our game too.

Badger Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Minamino looks poor to me. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Good - but I'd still hope he, or even Nivea, have enough to beat the dugout pioneers.
Badger Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Just arrived in the country and 60 odds mins into his debut? That's all some of our players are allowed, why should other clubs be allowed longer ?
Shroppie Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Jones for Liverpool. Great shot. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
verlaine1979 Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Jones for Liverpool. Great shot. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Jones looks a real talent - the goal was fantastic, but is passing is great too. Lots of intelligent, inventive one-touch stuff.
lickierambert Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Everton are awful. Absolutely pathetic. No shots on target and barely an attack in the 2nd half against Liverpool’s youth team
VectisSaint Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Milivojevic red card for violent conduct - 3 match ban, should miss our game at Selhurst Park. That will probably get appealed.
Batman Posted 5 January, 2020 Author Posted 5 January, 2020 #SilvaOut no manager could do better. Kean just needs time before he starts banging them in
Sheaf Saint Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Everton are awful. Had a few good chances in the first half but they were all straight at Adrian. Other than that they were terrible, against essentially Liverpool's U23s. New manager bounce didn't last long for them.
Heisenberg Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 no manager could do better. Kean just needs time before he starts banging them in Agreed. Funny old club Everton. You can't knock the ambition but the recruitment has been very poor. A lot like WHU I guess. Spent loads, got little.

Matthew Le God Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 That will probably get appealed. He put his hand to his throat and did a head butt motion
Shroppie Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 He put his hand to his throat and did a head butt motionYes. And I think the fact that the ref took the time to check it on the pitchside monitor, rather than it being a snap decision, makes it unlikely to be overturned. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

OttawaSaint Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 Wow! Everton first 11 lost to Liverpool reserves. That’s gotta hurt!
Whitey Grandad Posted 5 January, 2020 Posted 5 January, 2020 I’ve just tuned in to catch the last stages of the Liverpool Everton game. Absolutely terrible coverage by the BBC. There’s supposed to be a game of football going on but they keep showing shots of anything providing it doesn’t have a ball in view. Close ups of players, close ups of the back of Jones, shots of Koop, shots of Ancelotti - 8 different views in 10 seconds - aerial views of the two stadiums, shots of the crowd, shots from down by the corner flag, and all this whilst the ball is in play. It’s impossible to just sit and absorb the game. Bloody amateurs.
angelman Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 Wow! Everton first 11 lost to Liverpool reserves. That’s gotta hurt! In fairness, not sure that was Liverpool Reserves. More like Liverpool Reserves Reserves.
qwertyell Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 Illan Meslier, playing for Leeds tonight, was rumoured to have been the young French keeper we showed around Staplewood in the summer. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
whelk Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 Just lumped on Leeds at 3/1. Arsenal shocking so far
DT Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 I got on at 5-1. Leeds are excellent and will be top 10 no trouble next year in the premier All over Arsenal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
bpsaint Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 New manager bounce for Arteta over already then? They look awful! Although Leeds do look pretty decent tbf, they’re another decent strike away from being a very good side.

whelk Posted 6 January, 2020 Posted 6 January, 2020 School boy. Glasgow would have put a cheeky insurance bet on Arsenal! I’m the opposite of Glasgow. Thought Everton were a gift yesterday when saw the line ups. The bookies will soon be giving me VIP incentives
GarrettIvo Posted 7 January, 2020 Posted 7 January, 2020 He put his hand to his throat and did a head butt motion And kicked out before that as well. No chance of it being overturned.
SNSUN Posted 7 January, 2020 Posted 7 January, 2020 Curtis Jones goal of the round for Liverpool. It was decent, but if it had been scored by some crapoid from Craptown United the media wouldn’t be yanking themselves over it nearly as much as they are that a Liverpool youngster scored it. Vokins’ was better anyway.

Shroppie Posted 7 January, 2020 Posted 7 January, 2020 it really was notThey were similar. Vokins had to make the ground and run with the ball before the shot, which was good but helped by a deflection. Jones' had less to do, but perhaps a cleaner shot. I'd say not much in it. Baird of the land Posted 7 January, 2020 Posted 7 January, 2020 Amazes me utd aren’t swarming round potchettino. Solskjaer is not the only problem at 7nited but he’s no solution either.
Picard Posted 7 January, 2020 Posted 7 January, 2020 Wow! Everton first 11 lost to Liverpool reserves. That’s gotta hurt! Were they the same reserves that lost to A Villa in the EFL Cup?

Vokins’ was better anyway. Goal of the round was the Oxford player's mazy run, or Arters shot against Villa, or Vassel's shot, all better than Jones's IMO, he'll just get the attention because the media love in for pool.
Shroppie Posted 8 January, 2020 Posted 8 January, 2020 Hope we're learning something from the way Villa are dealing with Leicester. Just hoping Vardy's frustration can get to him and get him sent off. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I know a straight red does, but not sure if a 2 yellow does. Either way, a second yellow would be most welcome.

Yellow in each semi leg means final missed but my guess is a two yellow red applies to the league. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
