Lighthouse Posted 8 November, 2019 Posted 8 November, 2019 Both these teams are crap. I know, glass houses.
badgerx16 Posted 8 November, 2019 Posted 8 November, 2019 Ex Saint Olufela Olomola scored for Carlisle in the FA Cup.
Lighthouse Posted 8 November, 2019 Posted 8 November, 2019 The Norwich game shows why I’m not a fan of the back five. Despite the extra man, Norwich are finding acres of space for Buendia and getting plenty of shots away from the edge of the six yard box. Both sides are terrible defensively really.
OldNick Posted 9 November, 2019 Posted 9 November, 2019 Leicester are class.Built by a former Saints manager, in fact 2 former saints managers
Heisenberg Posted 9 November, 2019 Posted 9 November, 2019 What a difference a decent manager can make. Leicester were on a heavy decline and almost overnight he's turned it around + some.
OldNick Posted 9 November, 2019 Posted 9 November, 2019 What a difference a decent manager can make. Leicester were on a heavy decline and almost overnight he's turned it around + some.they also have some complete arses that down tools if they don't like it
Dark Munster Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Arsenal, meanwhile, are now eight points off the top four and are without a win in the Premier League since beating Bournemouth 1-0 on 6 October. No problem, that slump will end in their next match. When do we play West Ham? They are also in need of a slump ending victory.
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Arsenal desperately need to play us.... Oh Will they use this window to replace Emery? Get the new manager off to an almost guaranteed winning start?
redkeith Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 If the bin dippers win today, the title is theirs. The rest of the top four are miles ahead of the rest. The rest of the season would then be about the Europa league places, and who goes down with us and Norwich. All be the start of November. Best League in the world? My arse !

Premier League is genuinely turd
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 A Liverpool win today would wrap up another miserable weekend of football Come on city
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Premier League is genuinely turd And yet we are desperate to stay in it, like all teams fans
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 So a Liverpool handball and City pen ignored . Leading to a Liverpool goal VAR PATHETIC
benjii Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Clear handball by Liverpool. VAR with a two goal swing.
OttawaSaint Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 To be honest I don’t really know what a penalty infraction is anymore. Each week we see bizarre ones given and then others that seem clear cut to be waved away and then confirmed by VAR. I wonder if Liverpool hadn’t scored they’d have given it but didn’t want a riot so said “no pen”.
whelk Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 So have they confirmed they have reviewed the handball and said it wasn’t or did they just say fck it, it was while ago so we aren’t looking at it?
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 VAR advantages nearly every single game for Liverpool
benjii Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 So have they confirmed they have reviewed the handball and said it wasn’t or did they just say fck it, it was while ago so we aren’t looking at it? They said it was for Liverpool so it was OK.
Saint-Reece Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 How they haven’t given handball I have no idea. I was all for VAR in the prem, but it is a farce how it has been implemented.
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 VAR won't disallow that either..... ****ing disgrace
OttawaSaint Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 City still going to win this Mo Salah says hello...
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 I take it Liverpool fans are managing today's VAR
OttawaSaint Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Worst case scenario for me. I have 3 pool players in FPL and none have any goals or assists in this game.
benjii Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Seriously, that looked offside but they didn't check?
ashnats Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 So have they confirmed they have reviewed the handball and said it wasn’t or did they just say fck it, it was while ago so we aren’t looking at it? They reviewed it, determined it was a Liverpool arm, and so confirmed no handball.
Batman Posted 10 November, 2019 Author Posted 10 November, 2019 That was a penalty! Arm out and stopped the ball going to sterling
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Seriously, that looked offside but they didn't check? It's Liverpool. Why would they
ashnats Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Seriously, that looked offside but they didn't check? They reviewed it, confirmed it was a Liverpool player offside, so allowed it.
OttawaSaint Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Did MOTD say anything about the blatant push on Djenepo by Mina yesterday. I thought that was a clear pen too. VAR disagreed.
Shroppie Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Did MOTD say anything about the blatant push on Djenepo by Mina yesterday. I thought that was a clear pen too. VAR disagreed.Said outside the area it would always have been given as a foul. Which is ridiculous. A foul is a foul. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

They did on talk sport. Could not understand how that was not a penalty but sidibe committing an identical foul a few moments later out of the box was a free kick.
whelk Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 Gary Neville used to be ok but turning into right ***t now. Over dramatises everything. And his stupid fcking groans and noises
Shroppie Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 They reviewed it, confirmed it was a Liverpool player offside, so allowed it.VAR is not working as it's still subjective and subject to the VAR ref choosing to look for something (eg Bertrand red) or ignore it (Djenepo penalty). And the big clubs are getting the calls. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Yeah, I just don’t get that. They seem to be saying it needs to be more of a foul to be a pen, but then we see the likes of Mané leaving his leg near a defender and then throwing himself down and it’s given.

Mina (I think it was) made no attempt to play the ball and barged our player out of the way.... Of course, had it been Mane barged, penalty all day!!!
Whitey Grandad Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 No handball by Liverpool who then run down the other end and score.
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 It's like VAR and linesman only work to assist Liverpool.
Heisenberg Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 We haven't even had the inevitable Liverpool penalty yet either
benjii Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 I can't believe their record is so good. They are so far behind City in quality.
hackedoff Posted 10 November, 2019 Posted 10 November, 2019 It's like VAR and linesman only work to assist Liverpool. One good thing if Saints are relegated is that we will be shot of this farce of a league. It's not sport,it's a stage act.
