trousers Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Brighton 2 down. We could do with another Everton goal.Your wish is granted
LGTL Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Everton make it 2 but Brighton score. Still going our way.
trousers Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Skates going to Wembley.Gonna be a half empty stadium given how many of them have previously decried the competition
saint1977 Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Cardiff 2 down You’ve got to say that if Cardiff lose again tonight then that is a real surprise, Watford and Everton home you’d think would be four points minimum with the form they had. Instead it looks like two defeats, barring a big comeback, and seven conceded at the time of writing. Unfortunately Gao FC are so dire I can see them letting Fulham back into proceedings tomorrow night. Hope I am wrong.
trousers Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Leicester miss a great opportunity to make it 3-1
Toadhall Saint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 I honestly think we'll end up finishing above Cardiff, Brighton and Burnley. [emoji23]
LGTL Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Huddersfield get a win, not sure that's too much of an issue unless we fancy finishing bottom.
Baird of the land Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Still can’t believe saints lost twice to abysmal Cardiff team.
Heisenberg Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Decent results tonight... HUGE opportunity for us now tomorrow. Flicked between the Cardiff and Leicester game on my iptv Cardiff - look horrible Brighton - probably enough to survive IMHO Everton - lack quality players (despite money they've spent) Silva however has them playing some very nice stuff. Was easy for them tonight and upto 9th. 3 nil, coulda been 5 or 6. Leicester - Puel brakes removed already and they look almost reborn. Presser said they created more chances today than last 6 combined lolz Come on Saints... Don't **** this up
OttawaSaint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Brighton and Cardiff lose. Decent set of results for us. Hope we don’t stuff this up tomorrow. Not too confident though.
trousers Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Wolves drop 6 points to Huddersfield this season. Funny old game.
Saints foreva Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Good set of results but it counts for nothing if we don't beat Fulham tomorrow.
OttawaSaint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 We absolutely have to beat Fulham and BHA. Can we after those pathetic Cardiff results? Nervous times!
LaptopSaint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Good results - but Cardiff have just shipped 8 goals in 2 home games but still did the double over us. Feck!
beatlesaint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Over to you Southampton - try not to **** up this chance yet again eh ?
SuperSAINT Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Good set of results but it counts for nothing if we don't beat Fulham tomorrow. That's the problem with us. We just can't win games.
saintwbu Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Crazy that people don’t think Brighton are in this with us. They seemed miles away from us at one point, now a win tomorrow would take us level on points.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Still can’t believe saints lost twice to abysmal Cardiff team. This!
GarrettIvo Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Over to you Southampton - try not to **** up this chance yet again eh ? Mitrovic up against Stephens. How do you think that will go?
Heisenberg Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Crazy that people don’t think Brighton are in this with us. They seemed miles away from us at one point, now a win tomorrow would take us level on points. Brightons next 3 is Huddersfield (H) Palace (A) and then us (H) They also have Newcastle and AFCB at home to come
Saint Pete Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Mitrovic up against Stephens. How do you think that will go?If Stephens plays tomorrow, you would have to start questioning Ralph's judgement. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
Toadhall Saint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Wolves drop 6 points to Huddersfield this season. Funny old game. Mad eh
beatlesaint Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Mitrovic up against Stephens. How do you think that will go? well I’m kind of banking on Stephens being sat in the stands.....
whelk Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 If Stephens plays tomorrow, you would have to start questioning Ralph's judgement. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk If that happens I for one will vigorously be waving my white hankie
GarrettIvo Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 well I’m kind of banking on Stephens being sat in the stands..... As are we all. Doesn't mean it will happen.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Wolves drop 6 points to Huddersfield this season. Funny old game. Good results - but Cardiff have just shipped 8 goals in 2 home games but still did the double over us. Feck! Happens. We will finish above Cardiff Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
stevy777_x Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 I m really up for the game tomorow following the results tonight! Comon Saints let’s do this!!!
JRM Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Good results for us, we just need a win of any kind against Fulham, Brighton fan i work with starting to get nervous, they've got Huddersfield at home Saturday so gives them a nice chance to end their bad run. Wolves losing at Huddersfield was a shock, its Wolves v Cardiff on Saturday so we need them to bounce back with a convincing home win.
hypochondriac Posted 26 February, 2019 Posted 26 February, 2019 Siperb results. If we can't capitalise on it with a win tomorrow then I'm starting to think we deserve relegation.
CB Fry Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 Siperb results. If we can't capitalise on it with a win tomorrow then I'm starting to think we deserve relegation.100% this. We can't spend the season hoping for other results to go our way. We actually have to score goals, win our own games, that kind of thing. And if we cannot beat Fulham at home in these circumstances then we probably are the third worst team in the division and relegation would be a fair outcome.
Batman Posted 27 February, 2019 Author Posted 27 February, 2019 100% this. We can't spend the season hoping for other results to go our way. We actually have to score goals, win our own games, that kind of thing. alehouseboys Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 we only need one more win and that will be that - apparently "apparently" by who? You're getting worse. Most see this as a game we probably need to win, probably our most winnable game remaining, and against a relegation rival. Apparently.
Dalek2003 Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 This is our chance and we are lucky to be given it. Lose or draw to Fulham and we deserve to go down.
tajjuk Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 Other teams keep giving us chances, so we need not to f this up. Have to agree fail to win tonight and we are down IMO.
Batman Posted 27 February, 2019 Author Posted 27 February, 2019 "apparently" by who? You're getting worse. Most see this as a game we probably need to win, probably our most winnable game remaining, and against a relegation rival. Apparently. By the person telling CB fry the other week that we could survive with just one more win.
St Lej Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 By the person telling CB fry the other week that we could survive with just one more win. I loved that thread, very good comedy value in it. I'm sure the OP initially suggested (at the creation of the thread), that we would possibly only need 5 wins total to stay up.
Ex Lion Tamer Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 Wolves drop 6 points to Huddersfield this season. Funny old game. Wolves are like us - they can't break down defensive teams that sit deep, and are better against better teams
nta786 Posted 27 February, 2019 Posted 27 February, 2019 Wolves are like us - they can't break down defensive teams that sit deep, and are better against better teams yes, a whole 16 points ahead but like us.
Heisenberg Posted 9 August, 2019 Posted 9 August, 2019 Kicks off again tonight. Liverpool v Norwich 8pm Interesting to see his Norwich get on this season. Net spend of 2.5m this summer
Batman Posted 9 August, 2019 Author Posted 9 August, 2019 Make this a stickey Save on the same thread being created everyweek end
Toadhall Saint Posted 9 August, 2019 Posted 9 August, 2019 Make this a stickey Save on the same thread being created everyweek end Not often I agree with you but on this occasion I do.
Lighthouse Posted 9 August, 2019 Posted 9 August, 2019 Make this a stickey Save on the same thread being created everyweek end Just keep bumping it, we're never more than two days from a game these days anyway. No point in having stickies if your're just going to have 6-7 all the time. I'll rename it anyway.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 9 August, 2019 Posted 9 August, 2019 What, Liverpool are on the telly? Come on the Canaries
