Saints foreva Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Need to wake up. This is a ****ing woeful performance.
St Chalet Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Agree with Murphy to be honest. If it was cricket, that would have been umpires call. Hopefully the wake up call we need.
LGTL Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Half his foot was offside. Given against us and we're fuming let's be honest. Funny though.
wild-saint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Is Mark Hughes back in charge? Feels like one of his performances 1-0 been coming oh shut up you co(k
OttawaSaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Stream iu'm watching he was clearly offside. Close but his foot was ahead.
Batman Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Let’s be honest, long, Armstrong and worst of all, Mo have been obviously bad
Sheaf Saint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Oh stop bleating on about clear and obvious Danny. He was offside so the decision was correct. Are you wearing a Derby shirt tonight FFS?
niceandfriendly Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 It's scary how bad Elyounoussi is No ideas, can't pass, scared to drive forward
Dalek2003 Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 we seem to havelost our way since the Long miss
beatlesaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Danny Murphy is getting on my tits.......he’s finally admitting the guy is offside ! ****
adrian lord Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Danny VAR is precisely meant for the marginal decisions you clown, not for clear cut stuff...
Wrensup Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 VAR is in danger of ruining football IT WAS CORRECT THOUGH!
northam soul Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Elyonousi and Armstrong may as well not be out there. Awful really going forward.
Sheaf Saint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 How the holy hell did Long manage to injure himself there?
Edmonton Saint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 What did we ever do to make Danny Murphy hate us so much?
OttawaSaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 How the holy hell did Long manage to injure himself there? Probably tried to kick the ball, missed and kicked himself...
adrian lord Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 BBC must be delighted with 2 hours of their prime time taken up by a what is little more than a training match played behind closed doors.
5string Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 How the holy hell did Long manage to injure himself there? Kneecapped accidentally. Oh god, Murphy still bleating about VAR. He wants a PL scalp tonight, so blindingly obvious.
St Chalet Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 That looks like a JRod. He was back 18 months quicker than JRod to be fair, plus we didn’t have to put up with his Dad on Twitter.
Colinjb Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Is there a language issue with Elyonoussi? Seriously, he isn't on the same planet as his team.
Heisenberg Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 BBC must be delighted with 2 hours of their prime time taken up by a what is little more than a training match played behind closed doors. Kirstie and Phil's love it or list it currently seeing record viewing figures
simo Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 How the holy hell did Long manage to injure himself there? Derby player kicked his knee on the jump upwards
Saints foreva Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 HT. Very poor performance and we will be lucky if we don't go out tonight. Moi is gash. Offered nothing.
Cabbage_Face Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 vAr let us offf then Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Suhari Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Started okay. Got worse. Would like to see Gallagher and Redmond on for Long and Moi.
Mr X Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Elounousi makes Carrillo look good! Shocking player Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Is there a language issue with Elyonoussi? Seriously, he isn't on the same planet as his team. Utter utter gash that player. Hopefully last chance saloon for him tonight.
niceandfriendly Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Agree with Murphy to be honest. If it was cricket, that would have been umpires call. Bingo. VAR should only be used for the shocking errors. That was not a shocking error. Take a leaf out of how cricket do it. When it's that close stick to "referees call". Horrible to see that goal disallowed.
mulletsaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Well that was utter toss. Long and Mo off, Redmond and Gallagher on pls.
pimpin4rizeal Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Like the look of Johnson .. some real quality on a couple of his balls in.. hopefully could be a new redmond type with end product
OttawaSaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Johnson looks unremarkable. He started really well to be fair.
Baird of the land Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Not a fan of var but it came to our aid today. We started brightlybut have faded badly. Johnson had some nice deliveries from left. Jwp very good again. Elyounessi poor. Ramsay looks ill at ease. Hopefully gallagher and Redmond on soon.
washsaint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Elyounoussi - absolute dogs***e - again! Armstrong - can someone please tell me what he offers? Couple of storing games but other than that mediocre. Terrible tonight. Cedric - can see why Valery is preferred. Cannot cross a ball to save his life JWP running the show, Stephens and JOhnson good. Rest OK but we look pretty lethargic tonight.
CB Fry Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 That goal should definitely have stood. No way should an on-field decision be overturned like that.
Pamplemousse Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 BBC pundits love to hate VAR for some bizarre reason. BBC football pundits are comfortably the worst out of anyone. Give the rights back to ITV, their football coverage is so much better.
captainchris Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 Well that was utter toss. Long and Mo off, Redmond and Gallagher on pls. Mo and Armstrong off yes sure...
Sheaf Saint Posted 16 January, 2019 Posted 16 January, 2019 HT. Started quite positively but tailed off quite badly and lucky not to be behind. Elyounoussi has contributed absolutely nothing, yet again. He joins in the pressing, but does nothing when in possession. Swap him for Redmond at HT, and if Long can't continue then get Gallagher on.
