Suhari Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Confirmed: BBC 1. When we're we last on prime time telly?

Sheaf Saint Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 We will go out now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yep. All the omens are there. Might as well lump your money on a Derby win now - 19/4 at Bet365. Seems good value to me.
Shroppie Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 I trust tickets will be dirt cheap. Could be lazy and watch on TV but someone's got to be the crowd. [emoji6] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

SuperSAINT Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Confirmed: BBC 1. When we're we last on prime time telly? Wigan away last season?
whelk Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Was my first thought too, sadly. Just like Nugent/Defoe will always score, you always join the slowest checkout queue and it always rains on bank holidays. Get your lucky underpants on and do your bit.

Pamplemousse Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 We'll win. Derby had their chance. They also have a lot more games than us to play and likely playoffs. A cup run won't help that. Should be a good game though. Yup, don't see there being any issues. If we're lucky we might see a new signing or two.
jawillwill Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Last time on BBC in round 3? 4-0 v Spurs, followed by a cup run to the final? (probably been something since).

Pamplemousse Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Last time on BBC in round 3? 4-0 v Spurs, followed by a cup run to the final? (probably been something since). Ipswich away replay in 2015.
lickierambert Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Last time on BBC in round 3? 4-0 v Spurs, followed by a cup run to the final? (probably been something since). Our 3rd round replay v Ipswich in 2015 was on BBC too. At the risk of cursing it, we've only lost one of our last 21 FA cup ties against lower league opposition (Bristol Rovers 2008 I think)

I'll never forgive that **** Lambert for scoring against us for Bristol.

DJ_TOAST Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 win then skates at home next round please round after that even doh
Charlie Wayman Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Clashes with another event that we've signed up for so this one gets a miss. Not sure I care that much really after the dire display at the weekend.
hasper57saint Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Wigan away last season? And what a cracking game it was to see.
kwsaint Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Going to be in Vienna next week with work. Bit of a long shot but does anyone know where I might be able to watch the game?

Stud mark of doom Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Anyone know if you’d be able to watch on iPlayer from overseas?
benjii Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Anyone know if you’d be able to watch on iPlayer from overseas? iPlayer is geo-blocked. It usually carries all BBC live TV though, so I would expect our match to be on it. So, if you wanted to watch it overseas you would need to get round that geoblocking...

trousers Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 Not playing until Sunday. Japan playing tomorrow Unless I'm going bonkers (feasible), South Korea played their first game yesterday.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_AFC_Asian_Cup_Group_C
nta786 Posted 8 January, 2019 Posted 8 January, 2019 As an aside, how come Son hasn't joined up with South Korea at the Asia Cup and is still playing for Spurs...? Tottenham struck a deal with South Korean FA that allows him to go to the tournament after their game against Man United on the 13th! So basically Son misses their first two group games but South Korea are expected to win those anyway!

niceandfriendly Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Going to be in Vienna next week with work. Bit of a long shot but does anyone know where I might be able to watch the game? TVCatchup, or Google Reddit Soccer streams. Will be easy to watch online.

saintwbu Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Hmmm... Level playing field... Not! I wonder if we tried a similar ruse with Yoshida...? to be fair, maybe a compromise having had him for the Asia Games back in September?
JRM Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Bit odd putting a cup replay on BBC 1 in front of an empty St Marys. Probably be 10-11000 there assuming Derby won't bring many.

So, if you wanted to watch it overseas you would need to get round that geoblocking... Depending on where you are in the world - In Europe have seen moving pictures when going in through the BBC Sport website to listen to a game, but ended up with the Radio 5 commentary over the top of the live game. I had hoped it would work that way when in China for the cup Semi last year, but the bamboo firewall only allowed radio through.
Travelling Saint Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Lots of free vpn on Google play store to get round geo block. I've used turbovpn for the iplayer before when abroad, worked fine.
oldsarum Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Bit odd putting a cup replay on BBC 1 in front of an empty St Marys. Probably be 10-11000 there assuming Derby won't bring many. as BBC now covering game think they might do well to get 10,000 most of the group of 30 or so i go with not bothering as a result but might have if not on TV
Wurzel Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Tunnelbear Have you managed to get I player working with Tunnelbear? Tried it in Corsica last May, I-player still managed to block it.
Saint Garrett Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 I would have left work early to get there and gone if not on TV, but will probably just watch on TV now.
Guan 2.0 Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Hopefully, the extra funds will allow us to bring a striker in. #WhipRound
Cabbage_Face Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 Hopefully, the extra funds will allow us to bring a striker in. #WhipRound Should just take some buckets down Bournemouth.
davefoggy Posted 9 January, 2019 Posted 9 January, 2019 I would have left work early to get there and gone if not on TV, but will probably just watch on TV now. I was thinking same. How about making this one free for ST holders? A tenner plus fuel and parking is alot for me right now, skint after xmas
