Jobs for the boys much...

Employing somebody who isn't familiar with the club isn't really how club ambassador jobs work :)

By the way if anyone didn't catch the Gary Neville interview with MLT on Sky recently it's really great. Just watch Neville's face going through the 6-3 match, and good to hear Matt explain some of his shooting techniques. Even saw a couple of the goals from different angles for the first time.

Biggest shame about MLT's ridiculous goals is not being in HD and shown from every angle. Would love to see that Blackburn goal from Tim Flower's view.

Soccerbox? Yeah, love watching that.

I'd love to see the Newcastle one from the keepers angle. The one with the back heel in the air etc.

Imagine looking on, seeing that coming towards you.

This. I remember reading the match report at the time (think it was the Guardian) and the journo said that the TV footage didn’t do the goal justice, which it nuts because on MOTD it looked awesome. What did Flowers was the curl and the angle of the camera didn’t show that.

Absolutely despicable that the club did not carry out a full, thorough and completely transparent recruitment process. Shameful.

There are hundreds of people more appropriate for this role, including

> Tiff Needell

> Jeremy Goss

> Neville Southall

> Tony Dorigo

> Chris Packham

> Nick Leeson

> Gio Compario

> Lord Charles

> Manimal

> Jas Mann out of Babylon Zoo

> Martin "Wolfie" Adams

> Deborah Meaden off of Dragon's Den

> Joanna Lumley

Hang your head in shame Ralph Krueger.
