As I understand it we are making Ings permanent when the window opens so there is no technical reason to forbid such a loan. Won't happen though.

I think it’s highly unlikely we will be making ings signing permanent in jan.would be crazy to spend 20 mil on a player that will be ours at the end of the season anyway.money needs spending elsewhere
