I think the international break will be far from quiet at Saints. I wonder if that's why they've done it, give us 2+ weeks to get replacements sorted going into the January transfer window.

Excellent, has played a major part in the downward spiral of the club, has managed to turn one of the best academies in the country into one of the poorest. There are a few more heads need to roll, but Hunter and Reed are at least a start. Wilson and Krueger next please, it would be nice to see the back of Liebherr and Gao but that's not so easy to achieve. I just worry about who is going to find a replacement for Les. Fair play to him he did some good stuff when he joined but ultimately he had no idea how to develop further.

This is the worry .... Wilson is probably the only one with any sort of Football Knowledge, leading the search for somebody who's 1st job would probably be to sack him!!

Something clearly started failing with the u23 etc developments in the time that Hunter was in charge. With Reed being matey with Hunter, suspicion will now arise on what else had gone wrong under Reed.

he thought the chop was coming in the summer.....This was a total surprise to him. Lot of a staff etc were having goodbye drinks in Marchwood the evening of this announcement.
