Saint86 Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Cricket score coming up. Record Premier League defeat. Players are a disgrace today. No effort, no tackles, no pressing. Their heads were down before kick off. Hughes also to blame for picking a team this disinterested..
Heisenberg Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 City to score 0:00 - 00:10 minutes 3/1 easiest money ever Jumping on city +3 now Looking good.
DT Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Would 10-0 get him the sack? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 According to Cedric they have been doing lots of work of defensive training the last few weeks... But Hughes and his coaches can't coach a defence. There is no point him holding defensive drills, as he doesn't know what he's doing.
stknowle Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 I really hope I'm wrong but this already has the feel of a day of utter humiliation. Record defeat type of humiliation.
shurlock Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Giving Sterling a guard of honour there, led by Hoedt.
BotleySaint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 floodgates will open now! I think you'll find they already have. City barely out of the blocks and 2-0 up. Could be the 7-1 we haven't had for a while.
Wes Tender Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 This is already becoming farcical. Here is Romeu? We need more heavyweight players in the midfield, not J W-P and Redmond
Mr X Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Would 10-0 get him the sack? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk no we have rolled our dice with hughes & they will stick with him whatever now!
B Rabbit Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Jesus Christ lol.... just walked in through 4 players... drag back goal. piterally looking at a still capture... it’s 4 v 8 in the area and guess what happened.
obelisk Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 We are allowed to makes tackles are we? Shambles.
whelk Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 That wasn’t city being good but us being sh1te. Fck me Hoedt
Edmonton Saint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Jesus. We are such a depressing side to watch these days. The fact that Hughes thinks Hoedt and Stephens were the answer shows how out of depth he is. This could be a real hammering. $72 million of summer recruitment and only Ings starting. Why the **** does this club keep on ****ing up.

niceandfriendly Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 What on earth is Hoedt doing starting in the Premier League? Hughes cannot be thinking straight.
washsaint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Hughes out - utter c**t of a man and a manager. Far, far worse than the last clown. Austin? Long? WTF
benjii Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Think Hughes has to take JWP off now tbh. He is a huge liability and with a card it could get worse. He might do a key pass later though.
Donatello Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 There's not much likeable about the club at the moment
the saint in winchester Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 This going well innit … goal every 6 minutes so far (6,12 …) At this rate it's going to finish 15-0 (and that's not an opening tennis score!)
doddisalegend Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Have Ings and Long been near the ball yet? Listening to Solent I've only heard Hoedt, Bertrand and man city players names getting mentioned...
DT Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Just leave Hughes up there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
jamesfp1 Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Hahaha. Could literally be about to see a 10-0 lol
Viking Saint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Just cut open again, good save to stop it being 3-0. We barely have the ball and when we do, we just give it straight back to them. We are clueless
Saint Albert Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 3-0. “Southampton fans cover your eyes, hide behind the sofa” says the commentator.
B Rabbit Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Has Ings touched the ball yet or just chased shadows?
beatlesaint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 What sort of manager thinks a non tackling, physically weak midfield player like JWP is going to be a good pick against a team like Man City ? I know Romeu hasn’t been up to much but at least he puts his foot in !
doddisalegend Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Ok I'm turning the radio off now.... This going to be a massacre.
Pamplemousse Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 My attempts at optimism have seemingly failed. I'm firmly on the Hughes out train now. Get him out. Utterly embarrassing.
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 I think Hughes may be our worst Manager ever.
Mr X Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 we just haven't turnt up at all! a common theme there
Dark Munster Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Oh how we laughed when we beat Sunderland 8-0.
saint lard Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 So Hoedt has scored more goals in our own net, than we have in the opposition net in the last 7 games. Hughes out please. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Saint Albert Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 What sort of manager thinks a non tackling, physically weak midfield player like JWP is going to be a good pick against a team like Man City ? I know Romeu hasn’t been up to much but at least he puts his foot in ! Romeu should have been picked for a game like this. Odd that he didn’t even make the bench. Perhaps he’s unavailable through injury/illness?
Jonnyboy Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 I'm still laughing how the official site was bigging up how we'd kept two clean sheets prior to this game.
saintsmike25 Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 The end of Hughes, i think the performance speaks volumes. Last season we at least battled for 90 mins and they scored a last minute Sterling winner under Poch. Under Hughes we look clueless, we started the game as if we knew we were onto a drubbing and it comes true.
Unbelievable Jeff Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 My attempts at optimism have seemingly failed. I'm firmly on the Hughes out train now. Get him out. Utterly embarrassing. But we were all knee-jerkers...you can't possibly be on that train considering the amount of abuse we've had to endure.
alpine_saint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 3-0 inside 20mins. 83%-17% posession. Our worst defeat ever is on the cards. Should be the end of Hughes. And hopefully at least Reed.
hypochondriac Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 OK just seen the score. Hughes out now for me, happy to lose but this is just embarrassing
BotleySaint Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Strange from our players. Literally just waddling around the pitch and allowing City to do what they like. Nowhere near them at all.No real effort being shown. Going to severely damage our goal difference and any small confidence we had.City can sit back now, or score as many as they want really.
ashnats Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 Think we’ll go in half time at 5-0, then boring second half, finishing 7-1.
Katalinic Posted 4 November, 2018 Posted 4 November, 2018 OK just seen the score. Hughes out now for me, happy to lose but this is just embarrassing Yeah that's where I'm at. However, Reed should go too.
