Dalek2003 Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 We've had some decent chances, same as against Bournemouth and Chelsea but just zero composure or skill at the crucial moments. True, but why? Confidence?
BotleySaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 But at least they have scored.See.. people say there are worse teams than us in the league. And cite Cardiff as example. On evidence so far they have more than enough to beat us.
adrian lord Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Bournemouth 3 up against Fulham. Indeed- they stand astride south coast football like a colossus among pygmies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JustMike Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 JWP set piece myth strikes again. Hughes out etc
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 I guess a JWP hand in the air means “about to deliver a **** corner”. **** this team!
adrian lord Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Squeaky bum time... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Mr X Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Hughes has to go for this.............. just shocking
Dalek2003 Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 FFS Shane Long puts it wide 12 yards out !!!!! Crap.
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Ohhhhhh whyyyyy. Whyyyyyy. **** off Long!
Saint Albert Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 That was a good chance for Long. Nice move down the right,
Sheaf Saint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Oh good. My stream has died. Think yourself lucky.
Edmonton Saint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Close from Long, after our best football of the match.
Cabbage_Face Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 WHY THE **** DOES SHANE LONG EVEN PLAY FOOTBALL
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Of all the players for it to fall to. **** this team!
Saint Albert Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Gabbiadini is not going to endear himself to Hughes with efforts like that. 5 mins of injury time.
StrangelyBrown Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 WHY THE **** DOES SHANE LONG EVEN PLAY FOOTBALLHe doesn't, he runs around a lot. End of Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk
Dalek2003 Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Twice in a row that we have had a chance to score at the end.
adrian lord Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Okay play the kids next game nothing to lose Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Can we not just get a slice of luck? Stephens inches away.
BotleySaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Gabbi has looked sharper today, done more than Austin. But finishing the usual dross. Needs more game time. No doubt Austin will remain in next game then.
Saint86 Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 89Min - JWP hits a cracking diagonal cross field ball in behind the defence. Gabbi does spins on the ball and beats the man, feeds the wide man. Wide man wips in a cross with long given all the time to shoot from the D - hits it wide. Southampton's best move on the match. And you just know JWP and Gabbi will have to wait another 6games to be on the pitch together at the same time again...
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Moi needs the absolute **** slapped out of him for that greedy play at the start.
Heisenberg Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Come on come on baaaaby, come on baby We Kept a clean sheet against a top 20 side :badger::badger::badger::badger::badger:
JustMike Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Hughes out now, sack him on the pitch and take Reed et al with you
OttawaSaint Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Right at the death we get the kind of chance that usually goes in against us. We can’t buy a goal right now!
obelisk Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Positive note - didn't lose. Negative - five games and no goals.
Pamplemousse Posted 27 October, 2018 Posted 27 October, 2018 Newcastle were abject, but we didn't do enough to win the game, didn't test the goalkeeper, overall very poor. If Jardim is available and wants to come then get him in now. Can't see why he would though, we essentially need an entire new team.
