What's he saying?

this

Would expect to see some changes made in the management at Southampton in the next few days now and club great Kelvin Davis could emerge as a key figure in what happens next #SaintsFC

Talking about Kelvin Davis being a key figure in what happens next.

Would be suicide. The lowest we could get

I’m being installed as I type.

I blame Erik Black and Nigel Adkins.

I’m off to a flyer.

dont worry folks, apparently he is confident results are going to turn round.

Delusional hughes

Well what's he supposed to say? "No, we're screwed"?

Hughes could be honest and say, "I have no idea what to change in training to improve things, I have no idea during the game to improve things, and I cannot improve these average footballers one inch".

(And then get sacked).

The club is just ****ed anyway, it’s just a matter of time until we go down with the descision making at the top being what it is.

Sack Hughes and they will hire someone worse, not that it will make much difference with that shower of ****e of a squad.

I doubt that would happen

I wouldn’t put anything past this shower. He’d be cheap, which is what they like.

Let’s hope kevin Palmer is not in the know that would be a disaster sooner keep Hughes

Perhaps Kelvin to be interim manager until the club pull their finger out and hire a replacement for Les Reed, who will then appoint a permanent manager?

He's got to go now. We're unfit, unmotivated, and generally shi'ite. Admittedly he has a poor squad but only an idiot would start Austin up front and persist with Hoedt. Until today my position was that I wouldn't want him to go until he's upgraded but enough is enough.

Having seen our under 23's playing some good stuff, looking fit, organized and committed, I'd rather see Jaidi as caretaker than Hughes manage us again.

you dont need to hire a new DoF to hire a new manager...

You don't need one but it would be ****ing stupid to appoint a new manager and then appoint a DOF. Expect Ralph to do exactly this then.

More stupid than carrying on with Hughes? Admittedly we need leadership across the whole of the club, but results on the pitch must be the priority.

Doesn't that presuppose that the a new DOF would make a better job of the managerial appointment than our last DOF made with his last 3 managers ?

We sacked Pellegrino on a Monday night, so we should wait until then.

Trouble is, do the club want a "caretaker" for the next couple of matches (Man Utd and Spurs) or get someone in place immediately.

We'll probably lose anyway so I'd rather we took a chance and just gave them to Jaidi.

I know its desperate times but Jaidi, his team are hardly winning game after game

You don’t but it would not be a particularly smart way to go about things.

Les was vice chairman wasnt he. Wilson is head of football, or something
