Sheaf Saint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Close the door on your way out please Mark.
DT Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Kelvin in the chair for the Leicester match, then replacement in by Thursday please. A tub of lard is better than kelvin in the chair Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
VectisSaint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Agree Hughes needs to go, but Ralph will probably appoint Marieanne Spacey, not sure thats the best way for us at the moment, though she probably wouldn't be any worse.
Saint Albert Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 It would be nice to have less Reed’s replacement signed up to manage this situation. This is turning into a bit of a cluster**** of a season.
Pilchards Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Think we need to give Hughes a chance to see if he can improve his .70 points a game for Saints.
stevy777_x Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 He won’t be sacked. We will wait till we appoint a bew football structure.
Pamplemousse Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 He won’t be sacked. We will wait till we appoint a bew football structure. Kill two birds with one stone and do both at the same time. New DoF and a new manager.
Baird of the land Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Just put Jaidi in charge in interim.
OttawaSaint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Should have gone before the break. Get rid now!
saint77 Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Let’s hope kevin Palmer is not in the know that would be a disaster sooner keep Hughes
Bewildered Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Let’s hope kevin Palmer is not in the know that would be a disaster sooner keep Hughes What's he saying?
Batman Posted 24 November, 2018 Author Posted 24 November, 2018 What's he saying? this Would expect to see some changes made in the management at Southampton in the next few days now and club great Kelvin Davis could emerge as a key figure in what happens next #SaintsFC
S-Clarke Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 What's he saying? Talking about Kelvin Davis being a key figure in what happens next.
K,Billy's supersound Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 **** off hughes take hoedt cedric austin and zonal marking with ya you useless ****
DT Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Talking about Kelvin Davis being a key figure in what happens next. Would be suicide. The lowest we could get Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Bewildered Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Sounds vague, Kelvin the new man? Tasked with helping Ross Wilson pick a successor?
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 I was prepared to give him a chance but this is beyond a joke. He's got to go!
DT Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 what would be suicide? Appointing Kelvin Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Batman Posted 24 November, 2018 Author Posted 24 November, 2018 Appointing Kelvin Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I doubt that would happen
Baird of the land Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 dont worry folks, apparently he is confident results are going to turn round. Delusional hughes
saint lard Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 A tub of lard is better than kelvin in the chair Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I’m being installed as I type. I blame Erik Black and Nigel Adkins. I’m off to a flyer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Bad Wolf Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 dont worry folks, apparently he is confident results are going to turn round. Delusional hughes Well what's he supposed to say? "No, we're screwed"?
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Well what's he supposed to say? "No, we're screwed"? Might as well be honest. It's what the rest of us can see.
ooh it's a corner Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Hughes could be honest and say, "I have no idea what to change in training to improve things, I have no idea during the game to improve things, and I cannot improve these average footballers one inch". (And then get sacked).
Baird of the land Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 They’ve wasted the perfect opportunity to get rid during 8nternational break. They better not waste these next 2 weeks (utd and spurs) New person needs to be in charge by game after at the very latest.
aintforever Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 The club is just ****ed anyway, it’s just a matter of time until we go down with the descision making at the top being what it is. Sack Hughes and they will hire someone worse, not that it will make much difference with that shower of ****e of a squad.
DT Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 I doubt that would happen I wouldn’t put anything past this shower. He’d be cheap, which is what they like. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Saint Albert Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Let’s hope kevin Palmer is not in the know that would be a disaster sooner keep Hughes Perhaps Kelvin to be interim manager until the club pull their finger out and hire a replacement for Les Reed, who will then appoint a permanent manager?
egg Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 He's got to go now. We're unfit, unmotivated, and generally shi'ite. Admittedly he has a poor squad but only an idiot would start Austin up front and persist with Hoedt. Until today my position was that I wouldn't want him to go until he's upgraded but enough is enough. Having seen our under 23's playing some good stuff, looking fit, organized and committed, I'd rather see Jaidi as caretaker than Hughes manage us again.
Batman Posted 24 November, 2018 Author Posted 24 November, 2018 you dont need to hire a new DoF to hire a new manager...
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Quite telling that there was more dissent against Hughes today than there ever was against Pellegrino. He’s lost the fans completely and must go.
aintforever Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 you dont need to hire a new DoF to hire a new manager... No but it makes sense for the new DOF to choose the manager.
Yorkshire Saint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 **** off hughes take hoedt cedric austin and zonal marking with ya you useless **** Any inside knowledge on anything going on inside the walls at saints ? Players position on Hughes etc ..
VectisSaint Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 you dont need to hire a new DoF to hire a new manager... You don't need one but it would be ****ing stupid to appoint a new manager and then appoint a DOF. Expect Ralph to do exactly this then.
egg Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 You don't need one but it would be ****ing stupid to appoint a new manager and then appoint a DOF. Expect Ralph to do exactly this then. More stupid than carrying on with Hughes? Admittedly we need leadership across the whole of the club, but results on the pitch must be the priority.
badgerx16 Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 You don't need one but it would be ****ing stupid to appoint a new manager and then appoint a DOF. Doesn't that presuppose that the a new DOF would make a better job of the managerial appointment than our last DOF made with his last 3 managers ?
DT Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Are we timing the sacking for tomorrow's paper ? New man in for Tuesday? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pamplemousse Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 We sacked Pellegrino on a Monday night, so we should wait until then. Trouble is, do the club want a "caretaker" for the next couple of matches (Man Utd and Spurs) or get someone in place immediately. We'll probably lose anyway so I'd rather we took a chance and just gave them to Jaidi.

Saint Albert Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 you dont need to hire a new DoF to hire a new manager... You don’t but it would not be a particularly smart way to go about things.
Batman Posted 24 November, 2018 Author Posted 24 November, 2018 You don’t but it would not be a particularly smart way to go about things. Les was vice chairman wasnt he. Wilson is head of football, or something
Baird of the land Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 I know its desperate times but Jaidi, his team are hardly winning game after game U23 seem to be doing ok, maybe struggling to score now they’ve lost Obafemi.
Nolan Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Odds shortening pretty quickly on (wrongly spelt) Monk and Moyes.
hypochondriac Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Odds shortening pretty quickly on (wrongly spelt) Monk and Moyes. Christ no. I'd rather have big Sam before those two.
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd Posted 24 November, 2018 Posted 24 November, 2018 Rodgers is the only man on that list that I'd like to see get the job. We're ****ed if it's Monk.
