Sorry, but Austin shouldn't be a starter in the premier league any longer.

I've come to that conclusion too recently. For whatever reason he looks off the pace, despite game time. No real threat to anyone.

Trying insanely difficult efforts on goal. He isn't as good as he thinks he is.

Hopefully get the winner now :)

That sums up Austin's day - woeful, lazy and pointless. Please take him off Hughes, he's like that drunken boxer going in for "one more fight" but is well past his prime currently.

TBF neithe him or ings hve done zilch but we have created little for them tbh

Prepare yourself for another gut punch..... classic saints style

Been waiting for it for the last 20 minutes at least. It's inevitable that with all these wasted opportunities we'll find a way to lose all the points.

Now we are getting bookings he still moans...bias Pr ick

It is quite ridiculous, he even said at one point, “unfortunately” before describing how Wolves were struggling

Lose this and we are in a relegation scrap.
We have been in a relegation scrap for the last 9 months.

Captain Bertrand bottled a challenge , the guy runs through, Hopeless Hoedt fails to stop it, and then Vestergaard is bullied off the ball and Wolves score. Such an avoidable goal, but with our useless defenders and gutless captain we are going straight down.

We have drifted through the game without any real conviction.

We are short of quality, energy and real desire to win.

Not even sure what's required to turn it around now. I don't blame the manager - the squad isn't good enough.

Hmm I got an infraction for saying that 9 months ago.
No, you got an infraction for saying it incessantly 9 months ago.

Absolutely incredibly poor defending, but there were some telling Ref decisions in the lead up to the goal where he should have stopped. We are too slow in everything we do - that might be fitness, but its mostly poor investment in recruitment over three years. I think there is a good chance we will go down.
