Yorkshire Saint Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 I've just purchased a ticket but only restricted view left. Anyone know how bad the view is row 34 ? McCarthy Cedric Bertrand Maya Big V Mario Romeu Mo Armstrong Ings Redmond
LGTL Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 Don’t think Ings can play. We’ll get battered.

Pamplemousse Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 A bit early, we've still got the Brighton game
John Boy Saint Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 I've just purchased a ticket but only restricted view left. Anyone know how bad the view is row 34 ? If you are driving up on the M6 leave plenty of time as it’s cone city from pretty much Stafford to just south of Manchester, your restricted view could be the back of a National Express coach!!

McCarthy Cedric Bertrand Maya Big V Mario Romeu Mo Armstrong Ings Redmond Its ****ing horrible pal - can hardly see anything down the kop end.
ally_uk Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 8-0 they will smash us can't see our setup keeping out the attacking talent they have....
Yorkshire Saint Posted 15 September, 2018 Author Posted 15 September, 2018 Its ****ing horrible pal - can hardly see anything down the kop end. But you can see the pitch ?
shurlock Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 But you can see the pitch ? You can just about see the pitch - but not much else if the ball's in the air and everyone is standing. Standing is the worst. Row 34 is pretty far back IIRC.
Saints foreva Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 Mane is going to tear our defence a new one and VvD will have an easy afternoon vs our attack. At least 4-0 to the bin dippers.

McCarthy Cedric Bertrand Maya Big V Mario Romeu Mo Armstrong Ings Redmond You won't get to see the game from the back row which is probably a blessing. Objective has to be keep goals down to protect our goal difference
sotonjoe Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 The restricted views can be crap. People went moaning to the press about it a few years ago. I wouldn’t bother if you can’t get full price tickets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

LGTL Posted 15 September, 2018 Posted 15 September, 2018 Those with a restricted view - just jostle into another row. I certainly wouldn't care.

JRM Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 I've said before Liverpool should not be allowed to sell those seats, 'severely restricted view with a measly £3 off. Should be £5 to reflect what you are getting. Looks like we've managed to sell them all.
angelman Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 8-0 they will smash us can't see our setup keeping out the attacking talent they have.... That's the spirit.

Cabbage_Face Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Absolutely going to get demolished. Can't wait.

whelk Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Assume all you fckers that moaned about our nil nil up there under Puel would take that now?
Cabbage_Face Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Assume all you fckers that moaned about our nil nil up there under Puel would take that now? No.
Lighthouse Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Assume all you fckers that moaned about our nil nil up there under Puel would take that now? Against the team that had Origi instead of Salah, Mignolet instead of Allison, Lucas instead of Keita, Matip instead of Van Dijk, Mané injured and when Firmino was rather mediocre. Basically we kept Coutinho quiet (for once) and that was it.

That picture above looks pretty damning You should still go if you've paid for a ticket, might not be that bad depending on who is in front of you, plus you get to contribute to the atmosphere and go mental when Hoedt powers in a header for our last min winner in a 3-2 thriller.
Pamplemousse Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 I'm personally hoping for a VVD last minute OG

saintquin Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Can only see a team in red winning this one.
SuperSAINT Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 We're so slow at the back. It's going to be a massacre.
BotleySaint Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 We're so slow at the back. It's going to be a massacre.Even if we start well in this game we'll eventually shoot ourselves in the foot. Only take a one goal to destroy our confidence and then the goals flow.
SKD Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 VvD will score, so will salah and Mane. I’d go 541 with long as a long striker just chasing everything McCarthy Cedric yoshida Vest Bertrand target Davis Romeu Lemina PEH Long Make the pitch very narrow and do not allow any space for salah / Mane to get in between our cb/fb Sit deep and make them break us down Hope for the best and take a 2/3-0 loss
aintforever Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Not even interested in this game. The victims will win, just hope we don’t concede too many. The one good thing that could come from relegation is not having to play these filthy scouse ****s again for a while.
Pamplemousse Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 If we get anything from this game it will be a near miracle. Hopefully PSG do us a favour and cause a few injuries.

Batman Posted 17 September, 2018 Posted 17 September, 2018 Clyne, Fabinho, Lovren, shaqiri, Sturridge will tear us a new one. In 3rd gear
Pilchards Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 We will play well in spells and everyone will have hope. Then Liverpool will step up a gear or two and do just enough to win 2 nil.
Micky Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 If we get out with a 2 nil loss I'd be relatively happy. That is the sad state of affairs right now. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk Its not the games against the top six that will define our season, Liverpool will hump most teams this season, but our results against the other dross teams that make up the bulk of the PL .... ...so err bollix
tajjuk Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 We'll get hammered but this game is basically a free hit, this Liverpool side will probably not lose at home this year and barely draw a game so basically we need to go in with nothing to lose and see if the team can rouse a performance, show a bit of spirit and maybe catch them on an off day. Thing is I have no hope that Hughes can set up a team for this sort of game, with both Puel and Pellegrino you felt that at least in these sort of games that we would keep it tight and compact, make them work for it.

So a plucky loss, no disgrace, and move onto the next one.

We did it relatively successfully at home to Man City (yes it was the final day and they weren't on top form but did have something to play for) and lost 3-0 under Pellegrino in what was one of our worst performances under him. I reckon we'll do better up there this time, although the result will likely remain the same. Does anyone know if Ings is allowed to play? He is on loan for this season so I assume not.

Baird of the land Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 So maybe no Ings. Extra helping of joy of watching the waste of space that is Long given yet another chance.

Probably good for him really, not sure if it was just me but he looked to be struggling at times last night. Limping quite heavily at one point.
Lighthouse Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 I'd go with a 4-3-3/4-5-1: McC, Cedric, Vest, Yoshi, Bertrand, Lemina, Romeu, Hojbjerg, Armstrong, Redmond, Gabbi
Cabbage_Face Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 Before the game last night I said Liverpool would destroy us, after seeing the shambles of our RB and CB i'm going to say they will score 4 or 5
Pengi Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 Cedric et al to raise their game in the hope that Klopp will sign them
Bobbyboy Posted 18 September, 2018 Posted 18 September, 2018 Cedric et al to raise their game in the hope that Klopp will sign them This kind of thinking is probably our only hope of a result!
