Suhari Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 So...do we still have the MoPe-induced habit of trying to sit on a lead? Hope not - let's push on guys.
mrfahaji Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Calamitous defending. Nice to be on the right side of it for once! Well anticipated & nice finish from Dings.
qwertyell Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Talk all you like about our centre back options - we've got no-one nearly as bad as Martin Kelly. How he still gets a gig as a PL football is one of life's great mysteries. Let's not sit on this and try and keep what we have - go get a second and kill it off. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
Jonnyboy Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Moi absolutely anonymous thus far. Will we ever get a decent flair player to unlock the opposition? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk He was called Tadic.
Noodles34 Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Someòne remind me how many points we have dropped from leading positions?
OttawaSaint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Ings goals cost $10M and getting cheaper by the game...
trousers Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Someòne remind me how many points we have dropped from leading positions? 683
Suhari Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Gordon Strachen sitting on Mick Channon's knee?
Baird of the land Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 We need to go and get a second against this poor palace outfit.
DG Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Someòne remind me how many points we have dropped from leading positions? According to the commentators, under Hughes we've won 2 from 7 after taking the lead.
Saint Albert Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Palace coming back into the game after the goal.
miserableoldgit Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 683 I don`t believe this to be true. Can you please post corroborating evidence?
Edmonton Saint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Now since we took the lead, our composure has gone and we are sitting back. Fragile mentality.
Mr X Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 here we go palace back in the game we always let teams back in
trousers Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 I don`t believe this to be true. Can you please post corroborating evidence? Will do, once I get off the golf course
OttawaSaint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Same as last week. Get ahead and then start ****ting ourselves.
Saint Albert Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Cedric made a decent chance for Long with a cross. Worth pointing out.
John Boy Saint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Same as last week. Get ahead and then start ****ting ourselves. Just Bizarre
JoeShmoe Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 If they do score we are done as you can see the mental fragility in this team ... just need to see a few of these sorts of games out
stknowle Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Palace coming back into the game after the goal. Looking worryingly like last week. We score and it's the trigger for the oppo to start playing well and us starting to look ****e.
OttawaSaint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Will do, once I get off the golf course Hey I’m golfing too. 2 hole in ones and just cashed out my bet. Sitting on a monkey.
Sheaf Saint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Cedric made a decent chance for Long with a cross. Worth pointing out. Long has to do better there. Completely free header in the 6-yard box.
mrfahaji Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 I’ve long thought Hojbjerg has potential, but there have been a few moments in this game where he has avoided positive play and instead chosen to slow down, play backwards or not commit (he just had chance to break, and in the first half Redmond ended up losing possession because Hoj didn’t make a forward run). It’s one thing to be safe and keep possession instead of risky/hopeful balls, but another to be reluctant to commit to anything positive.
Saint Albert Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Bloody hell that was a goalmouth scramble. Some bad clearances. Lucky to stay in the lead.
Cabbage_Face Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Shane Long needs to **** off, don't care how much he runs.
Badger Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Long has to do better there. Completely free header in the 6-yard box. Why doesn't this surprise me ?
OttawaSaint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Needing an underwear change after that scramble.
Edmonton Saint Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Long injured. This is why Gallagher should be on the bench. Austin can't run.

Put Armstrong in possession at that point and we're in their danger area in a flash.
Saints foreva Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Jesus christ, never seen a set of CBs so scared of defending.
Cabbage_Face Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Hopefully thats Long out forever. MEss
striker Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Stretchy Long looks done. He's been up and down off the pitch ground for a few plays now
SonicBoom Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Why are we worse when winning than when it's 0-0 ? Baffling.
striker Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 I think we need 1 more goal, the D looks shakey again
mrfahaji Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Hilarious keystone cops defending Hilarious all the time the ball doesn’t end in the net... That clearance from Hoedt
Baird of the land Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Well that was scary defending by saints in that goalmouth scramble. Thankfully Long is off.
Batman Posted 1 September, 2018 Posted 1 September, 2018 Austin wins a penalty!!! Austin steps up....misses
