I tried to find a thread on the forum for this but can't so please point me at it if there is one...

But, blue badge holders will be significantly impacted by changes by Southampton City Council around the ground. Details from the Echo here:

My parents-in-law (who are season ticket holders) will no longer be able to go to the game and found out via the Daily Echo.

They have been on the waiting list for a disabled parking spot at St Mary's for the last 4 years so I really don't understand why the club didn't send them a letter to inform them.

According to the article the club have written and it explains that they have implemented a park and ride: "“For Sunday 12th August, with the help of Red Funnel, we have secured a number of spaces in their Triangle Car Park.

“You can access this car park for free by showing an attendant your Blue badge and your Match Ticket/ Season Ticket.

“There will be an accessible bus transporting fans from the car park itself directly to the stadium, dropping off in Melbourne Street.

“The bus will travel twice before the match, at midday and at 12.45pm. "

Is that not a help?
