Seen a few posts about this on Facebook. What is the money going towards exactly (it's over it's initial goal already which is great!)? If it's going to the Mum to help her financially through a horrific time then I'm all for it. Seems a lot for a funeral though?

could be wrong, but my understanding was that Nicholson was a mate of the step dad, and it was him that invited Nicholson to live in the family home. Obviously that was a mistake, and he is taking some blame for it. I've no idea what his level of involvement was and whether he knew what a d*ck nicholson was when he invited him to live with them.

Couldn't see that in the article you linked, is that confirmed? Seems the papers would have made a huge deal of that if it was true.
