Cheapest, if not by any means the quickest, is to take a coach from Victoria. Its about 8 to 10 hours to Antwerp. Cost about £40 a few years back, dont know what it is now tho

The cheapest is probably cycling and camping. You'd better get started if you want to make it inside a week.
