A few good bits in there. The thing about building a fence around the stadium to accommodate a smoking area is nonsense. Plenty of other grounds allow it by just putting small barriers and a couple of stewards outside. Wolves is a recent example.

Stopping players signing autographs before the game is also silly. Sounds like it's coming from Hughes as part of the pre-match routine. Our terrible home record suggests that isn't working.
