SKD Posted 14 May, 2018 Posted 14 May, 2018 A week in China at the start of July, playing a Chinese side and then Shalke. Will be a shame if we don’t have our standard European pre season tour, but a week in China does sound appealing as an alternative. My guess is a couple of lower league English teams away and then 1/2 larger European teams at home.
EkonOkereke Posted 14 May, 2018 Posted 14 May, 2018 Wont we have the Cup Tournie thing we do most pre-seasons?

I reckon Millwall would be a good laugh to play in the summer

Dalek2003 Posted 14 May, 2018 Posted 14 May, 2018 Predictions will be interesting. Of course anyone predicting 17th would be absurd!

It will be similar to when we went to America start of the Under Armour deal, early July so was a lot of u21s as many first team players hadn't reported back yet. Same again then a proper tour in Europe when most first team members are back. Brentford was great last year , something like that again would do.

GGalpin Posted 14 May, 2018 Posted 14 May, 2018 Is that week in China and match against Schalke confirmed anywhere? No, but this journalist who reported heavily on the takeover tweeted this this morning: https://twitter.com/DreyerChina/status/995937363099508737
