Batman Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Everton free kick, wide right.... you know we are ****e defending in the air.....
Jimmy_D Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Win definitely possible here... Be absolutely massive if we manage to drag it in.
5string Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Free kick - shot from 35 yards straight into the 2-man wall. Really?? Hitting a 2-man wall??! Ffs!
Saint_Ash Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Decent possession but wasteful up top at the mo. Definitely there for the taking.
Saint_clark Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Why is nobody trying to get into the box for us!? Sent from my SM-J330FN using Tapatalk
Edmonton Saint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Looking like Redmond coming on for Lemina, come on Nathan you owe us a performance.
Jimmy_D Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 FFS. Utterly fed up to the back teeth with officials that are so crap at thier jobs they'd get sacked in any other profession.
Plastic Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Get OAP Austin off the pitch. That's about 10 fûckups so far. Useless.
fanimal Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 How bad are both these linesmen??!!! dreadful and or blind ffs
OttawaSaint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Get OAP Austin off the pitch. That's about 10 fûckups so far. Useless. If he was more aware a little quick ball the Lemina for a tap in.
Shroppie Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Give McQueen a chance? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
OttawaSaint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Annoying thing is that they are giving Bertie the room and he’s ****ing it away.
Batman Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 HT. Everton were terrible Can’t see them being that bad all game...
BotleySaint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Happy enough but there for the taking. Midfield over cautious and Austin barely touched it. Long and Austin second half....
Saint86 Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 This game reminds me of when Hull came to St Mary's under Silva. We were everton in that case, had nothing to play for and offered nothing. The win was there for Silva and Hull but they took the draw. They went down. I hope we go for the win!!
del boy Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 So who'd take a point at this stage? I think I would. Everton don't look up to much (cue second half hammering) but with a point we could do a deal with Swansea
Pamplemousse Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Dreadful game really. Austin seems a bit off form, I'd bring Long on
Saint86 Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 This is by far our most winnable game left. But are are going to go for it? So safe. Tadic isn't playing well, we've zero pace. Austin is pointless in tactics like this. Either need JWP on for one of the CMs, or some pace to support him. If you haven't noticed yet, Hughes plays safe until midway through the second half, then goes for the win if its there.
Greenridge Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Everton at the beach. Either that or they don't want BFS as their manager next season.
GarrettIvo Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 ]This is by far our most winnable game left[/b]. But are are going to go for it? So safe. Tadic isn't playing well' date=' we've zero pace. Offered nothing at all. If we show up their with any sort of intent - which is not a given I know - we should take them pretty comfortably.
stknowle Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 We look comfortably better than at any time under that plank Pellegrino (except, ironically the home game against Everton but that was down them being in disarray). Convinced if we'd got rid of him even just 2 or 3 games earlier we'd have been fine. C'mon Saints lets do this.
Saint Billy Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Dreadful game really. Austin seems a bit off form, I'd bring Long on Agreed, Long will hassle their defence with his running if nothing else. Please please please, someone teach Cedric how to cross.
Pamplemousse Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 I think we'll do better at Swansea, the game will be more open as it was against Bournemouth. Hard to break down a team who are parking the bus.
qwertyell Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 I think Pellegrino or Puel would've been slaughtered for setting up with a back five, three holding midfielders and slowly passing the ball sideways and backwards with zero attacking intent, but hey. Everton are awful. The kind of awful that ends with them scrambling the only goal of the game from a set piece while Allardyce cups his ear to the crowd and declares they're lucky to have him. Let's go for it. We can win if we're brave. Sent from my F3311 using Tapatalk
eurosaint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Got to go ‘**** or bust’ in 2nd half, I don’t agree that a point is good enough!
Saint_Tony Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 we have to go for it now, game is there for the taking.Win here and a draw on tuesday and we are fine. Our biggest 45 mins forva few years coming up. 1-0 Yoshida header Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Matthew Le God Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Got to go ‘**** or bust’ in 2nd half, I don’t agree that a point is good enough! A point takes us out of the relegation zone. It is not **** or bust time.
Pamplemousse Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 I don't think we really need to do anything radically different. We just need to be a bit more quicker in the final third, final ball has been poor.
Rory Peepa Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 Got to go ‘**** or bust’ in 2nd half, I don’t agree that a point is good enough! This. Winning away is never easy and although we’ve got better players than Swansea, probability would suggest it’s not that likely. We’re fighting and scrapping and the improvement is clear. Keep it up boys. COYR Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Saint_Tony Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 we have to go for it. A draw still puts too much pressure on us Tuesday night. Is a draw a disaster now? no. would i be happy with a point though? No Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Micky Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 I prefer Long than RedmondI prefer me to Redmond. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
Ohio Saint Posted 5 May, 2018 Posted 5 May, 2018 I prefer Long than Redmond Long is OK, but Rooney would be better, he's short and thick.
