While you're on your way to Wembley

I'll be running my first half marathon around Southampton, If anyone else knows me you'll know if I manage to drag myself around town for 13.1 miles you'll know with my frame and (former) drinking and eating habits it'll be no mean feat !

 

I did notice a charity link on here for a run a milwall fan was doing so I thought I'd have a little beg , I have lost a number of family members to Cancer the last 5 years so I am running it for Cancer research!

 

If anyone can spare just the price of 1 pint it will help my total out (I do have a bit more on my paper sponsorship forms but my just giving is looking a little low) here's my link .

Thanks to those who did manage to squeeze a few quid out , got around in 2 hours 50 min hardest thing I've ever done ! Enjoy Wembley guy's bring back a final appearance for me .
