Please can we go for it, draws are useless now. Unless 0-0 is for the confidence boosting as it stops the losses because I would rsrher die trying and seeing if we can get that 1-0 even with the fear of conceding.

So will it be the classic Saints 0-0 or then last kick defeat of old?

Possibly, if it was anyone else other than Puel. He’ll be petrified of conceding to the most toothless Saints side I have ever seen. Couldn’t score in a brothel. Must be like Leicester’s equivalent of SFC V Hull last season - one of the worst games I’ve ever endured although this is little better.

Those good old days of winning 3-1 every time will soon be back, in the Championship, if we can find another Sir Rickie, and two central defenders - oh, and a manager

Depends on the owner, we need another Markus.

Is Hughes playing for fergie time? Because if so he needs to realise these players have the heart of a branfoot, not a fergie.

We are parking the bus when we need wins

Put Sims or Redmond on pls.

They are piling crosses into our box, we clear and it is back to them. And repeat.

How does an attacking midfielder like Sims or Redmond not get a sniff of the game in the second half. A tad baffling from Hughes this evening I'm afraid

Basic skills innit.

Hoedt in acres of midfield space, jumps & heads ball back to Leicester instead of chesting it down and looking for a pass.

Very poor.

And we can't manage 2 passes in sequence.

I'm afraid the bus has been parked for so long that the brakes have siezed up.

How many times has Austin touched the ball so far ?
Austin is a great finisher, but you have to tee it up for him. We can't do that, and he does little else on his own.

This is it really. No way we are stealing this. Terrible, dull, performance. No effort, no skill, no running, no anything

Dogsh1te.

Most of them just don't care. Sums up the club really - owner doesn't care, chairman doesn't care, the useless Reid doesn't care.

Woeful.

Hopefully all out after we go down.

Before the season started, in isolation this is a decent point to pick up.

However, in our circumstances, this is sh*te.

However we have had the two best chances in the game- Long failed twice.

I wonder if that's the thinking, either from a set piece, or the occasional attack, maybe the ball might break and if it does Austin has the best chance of sticking it away.

Wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry when the commentators said "last roll of the dice now for Southampton with their final substitution..." before panning to Redmond on the sideline.

I'm not even mad. We ballsed it up weeks ago at Newcastle and West Ham and in not sacking MoPe sooner.

I'm sad to say I stopped watching even streams after Newcastle.

Seems Hughes may even finish the season with less points per game than Pellegrino which I didn't think would be possible.
