You've stated as if fact... but is it based on anything other than the Sun article? An article which doesn't actually do as you say and say a bid has actually been made.

Surely it'd be better for Lewis to go out on loan again rather than sit on our bench. Maybe we've decided Lewis isn't ready just yet. Keepers are always a tricky one because it can take a while for them to fully reach their potential, as Kelvin Davis proved with us.

Does sitting on the bench help develop a 20 year old keeper who now has a season under his belt any further? It would be better to send him to a decent League One club and get regular game-time.
