Forester Posted 13 April, 2018 Posted 13 April, 2018 While he has his critics on here, claiming that he isn’t up for it, I would go for the consistently impressive Bertrand. A possible candidate would be McCarthy albeit only half a season. Other than those two it’s a real struggle, which says it all really
striker Posted 13 April, 2018 Posted 13 April, 2018 TBD -although in Austin's defense he is 2nd in shots per minute played in the PL and 3rd in goals per minute played in the PL this season (behind only Salah and Aguero). Pretty lofty company. So even though he's been hurt for 1/2 the season, its hard to find another player who has had more of an impact.
Lets B Avenue Posted 13 April, 2018 Posted 13 April, 2018 Hallelujah!! Rejoice!! The Legendary Thread Starter has returned after almost 6 weeks absence. 350 and counting and barely a follow-up on any of them. A conceptual artist at work.

Lord Duckhunter Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 While he has his critics on here, claiming that he isn’t up for it, I would go for the consistently impressive Bertrand You’re a ****ing idiot. It’s not that “he isn’t isn’t up for it” it’s that he doesn’t give a shiny Shiite. Personally, I’d cancel the player of the year trophy. Not one of the the ****ing useless tossers deserve it. None of them. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
SuperSAINT Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Player of the season is Matt Targett. Unbeaten since he's been at Fulham.

Bertrand is perhaps the most accountable among the squad for our poor season. All that talent and zero effort or commitment, despite his significant wages. If we are picking a player of the year, give it to Macarthy or Yoshida, not the former's fault he's a second rate keeper, and not the latter' fault he never got picked after generally solid performances.
doddisalegend Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Imagine how confused we are going to be if (by some miracle) we win the FA cup this season and get relegated. The players will be the greatest bunch of worst players we've ever had
ashnats Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 McCarthy will walk it, he’s the only player to come out of a ****ty season with any credit and his value has increased significantly. Could see him playing for Liverpool one day.

Baird of the land Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Apart from a horrid performance against West Ham hojberg has been good imo.
ally_uk Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Doris the tealady least she gets to go hands on with cups
doddisalegend Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Apart from a horrid performance against West Ham hojberg has been good imo. He talks a good game doesn't really back it up on the pitch though. He is a very average player who's looked OK this season because everyone else is so ****ing poor.
doddisalegend Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Basically who ever scores the winner in the FA cup final gets it...
SFC Forever Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Yep and he would know we want to keep him as our player.
SuperSAINT Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Rigging the vote so it's Matt Target would be v funny. Lets do it? Whilst my suggestion was meant as sarcasm, he actually has had the best season out of anyone!
VectisSaint Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Yep and he would know we want to keep him as our player. But would anyone from the club contact him to let him know?
SNSUN Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Basically who ever scores the winner in the FA cup final gets it... Just like Stokes, a Player approaching their mid 20's born in Portsmouth? That'll be JWP!
Lighthouse Posted 14 April, 2018 Posted 14 April, 2018 Rigging the vote so it's Matt Target would be v funny. Lets do it? Clasie would be better as he has actually been away the whole season but I agree in principal.

Could see him playing for Liverpool one day. Yet sky sports were saying since he's came into the team his stats are worse than Forster !?
