Ref totally bottles it by not giving Mane a 2nd yellow for deliberate handball, surely?

Benteke has missed 2 sitters really

1-1 so far with 30 mins to go

Ref lost the plot with the Mane thing.

The match is quite entertaining though. Virgil has been crap and now Spade Face Rat Boy is injured.

VVD looks like he is well worth that transfer fee lol

He still looks like he can't be arsed. Ambles back when the back four is turned. I think he needs a serious reality check.

Lollana.

He's a bellend. Goes hurtling into tackles at full pelt to try and show everyone he's a proper midfielder but with his weak, spindly little legs he's always going to be risking injury.

And now he's limping into the treatment room...... Would be a shame if he wasn't such a wan ker

Love it if he misses the World Cup. He is seemingly in the bracket of players who don’t have to actually play to get picked.

Unless it’s Harry Kane, it is a stupid policy to go down

That's why England will never win anything ever again

Stoke look like got much more fight than us.

What is with so many empty seats. Most expensive STs in the league and thousands given up. Pathetic really.

Mark Hughes beat Arsenal in August so hopefully he'll have a blueprint to repeat his success

Or these Stoke players remember the plan.

Our players are too thick to follow a plan.

I’ve watched a few of our rivals lately and the worrying thing is that none of them look as bad as us right now. This might be some sort of bias but worrying nonetheless.

The one comforting for me is that in Moyes' first game in charge, West Ham lost 4-0 at Everton. So things can turn around. I'm sure West Ham fans were probably thinking something similar to what we're thinking now, although of course that was back in November...

Arsenal don’t look up to much so far. No doubt they’ll have fire in their bellies for our visit...

West Ham were without Carroll and Hernandez and Antonio hobbled off after 7 minutes but still put 3 past us by half time.

This team isn't even trying, I really don't think we've got any straws to clutch. Even if Palace and Udders lose ALL their remaining games, I still think we will finish behind them.

On another note, what an embarrassment Arsenal's support is. Saints fans are calling each other snowflakes for not wanting to watch the last 2 years of abysmal football and yet Arsenal fans apparently think 6th in the League, a cup final and a Europa League QF is so far beneath them they're not even turning up.

Shocking isn’t it. Spoiled brats. Never forget their indifference at (only) winning the 2003 FA Cup.

What sickens me was that the West Ham game was as close to a gimme as we will ever get.

Caroll out, Lanzini out, Collins out, Hernandez out. Antonio injured. Fans protesting etc.

We bottled that game in such a big way that it left even the most bitterly pessimistic Saints fans surprised.

Do we have any fight left in us?

Stoke look streets ahead of us. We are just awful.

It's going to be embarrassing if we don't seriously up our game, and Arsenal play like this!
