saint lard Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 I’m sure the FA would love a Spurs V Man Utd/Chelsea final.....or Man Utd V Chelsea So come on Leicester....and let’s get them in the semi final draw. The media wouldn’t mind playing on the Puel & Southampton connection. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Saint_clark Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 Really don't want leicester for that exact reason. Chelsea are dodgy this season, as are united although mourhino knows how to grind cup wins out. Sent from my SM-J330FN using Tapatalk
Lighthouse Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 I'd prefer: 1. Leicester - They really haven't been great under Puel. Since that 1-4 game, 3 months ago, they've only beaten Watford, West Brom and Udders in the League. It's not like we're any better but they are quite obviously the next weakest team in it. 2. Chelsea - Highly inconsistent this year. 3. Man Utd - I know they lost to Seville but they've been getting results apart from that. 4. Spurs. If Kane is fit. If not, Utd would be my last choice. obelisk Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 Spurs playing at home in the semi and then maybe the final is a bit odd. Has it happened before?

I do feel like we could have got a point against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge too- Austin missed a good chance and they needed a set piece to break us down. Mourinho is annoying cos he just grinds it out in the latter stages of competitions, but Spurs most dangerous for me if Kane is fit.
simo Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 It'll be fixed so the big teams are kept apart just as the champions league was to keep the Spanish apart but the 2 English drawn together!

Manuel Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 With the exception of one nice move which resulted in the goal, Chelsea look bang average today. Wouldn't mind them next.

sandwichsaint Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 Bacofoil crazy! What is the preferred final? C/Sp, M/Sp, C/M? Obvs Saints will be weakest in the last 4 .... who do we play? How do you fix the winner of the other semi? Because the BEEB hate Saints (or something?)

Minsk Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 I will be amazed if United and Spurs are drawn against each other; especially if Leicester beat Chelsea! Apart from the big teams always avoiding each other the FA won't want Mourinho going on and on about how it is unfair that United have to play away to Spurs in a semi-final. Saint-Fred Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 As we are due to play Chelsea the week before and Leicester on the weekend, I think we will end up playing the winner of that tie. Saint86 Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 Chelsea is the obvious best choice for us. It is who i wanted to draw before the leicster game finished, and I am happy with it now. We would lose to Tottenham or Leicester, and we played united last year. Plus I don't fancy us to beat a jose team fighting for their last bit of silverware. Baird of the land Posted 18 March, 2018 Share Posted 18 March, 2018 That bbc draw was a bit inept.
