DT Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Redmond. I mean what's the fukkinng point? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Saint Albert Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 I’d probably play Boufal ahead of Redmond and Hoj ahead of Rom. Still, Redmond was not too bad last week, hopefully the crowd can lay off him today.
DT Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Pellegrino is a total arsse Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CB Fry Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Delighted to see James Ward-Prowse has been dropped amid the continuing rumours that he is definitely a sleeper agent working for Portsmouth Football Club in order to relegate us.
Matthew Le God Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Same **** formation that has seen us fail to beat Burnley, Swansea, Watford, Leicester, Newcastle, Huddersfield, Brighton and Palace all at home. The formation or one upfront isn't the problem. It is the instructions given to the players in the formation. 4-2-3-1 is the formation we used for the majority of the season we came 6th... difference is we had a competent manager then.

Is that really the only difference?
nta786 Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 crouch on the bench... we all know how this will end
Jack Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 FFS. Redmond shouldn’t be starting and I bet it’s because he’s playing on the left, leaving Tadic in the middle where he’s least effective. Good to see sims starting but I’m not confident at all.
Bridge Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Really glad Sims gets a start love his direct play and pace...Lets just see what happens...One up top again, I can see the striker being isolated even with the pace of Sims...Pellegrino is such a bellend its unreal.
SaintAndy14 Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 I think Carrillo starting is mainly to add a bit of extra height/strength at set-pieces - defensively as much as offensively.
OldNick Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Redmond in the starting line up. Can I get a refund? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalkrefund from what, the TV licence??
Pamplemousse Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 I think Carrillo starting is mainly to add a bit of extra height/strength at set-pieces - defensively as much as offensively. It's essential that he starts IMO.
Shance Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 ... Redmond for Gabbiadini for me. Otherwise I’m relatively happy with that.
Saint Albert Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Part of me was hoping against hope that he’d start Gabbiadini, knowing full well that he wouldn’t. Gabbi must have flushed Pellegrino’s emotional support hamster down the toilet at some point this season, resulting in a lengthy period in the doghouse.
under the west stand Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Will there be a Matchday Live commentary today?
Batman Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 You just know we won’t win and barely put them under pressure with meaningful shots on target
Saint Billy Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Is it just me, but I'm really edgy today??? Today?, all season for me.
Bad Wolf Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Is anyone else really nervous? My stomach is doing cartwheels. Don't think I've ever been so nervous of the first game of March.
nta786 Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Is anyone else really nervous? My stomach is doing cartwheels. Don't think I've ever been so nervous of the first game of March. me- defeat and we are as good as gone. just hope the players are committed to the cause today
Bad Wolf Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 me- defeat and we are as good as gone. just hope the players are committed to the cause today Tbh even a win and, if I were a neutral I'd still have us as going down, just with Stoke rather than as opposed to them.
under the west stand Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 it's come on now; standby if I can't get a good video feed
VectisSaint Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 The formation or one upfront isn't the problem. It is the instructions given to the players in the formation. 4-2-3-1 is the formation we used for the majority of the season we came 6th... difference is we had a competent manager then. We played 3-5-2 for much of the successful part of that season.
OttawaSaint Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 You just know we won’t win and barely put them under pressure with meaningful shots on target Don’t watch then!
Bewildered Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 My prediction, we'll be ok to start with, go 1-0 up and then decide to sit deeper and deeper, inviting unnecessary pressure until Stoke get at the very least an equaliser.
DT Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 So nervous. Ground seems a bit flat again, atmosphere wise. Players need to be v pumped for this one. Have my doubts about whether manager can do that ever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DT Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Not playing Hoj or Boufal is a bit odd. Playing Redmond and Tadic is mystifying. Oh and can we just try 442 once in a blue moon ? We have to win, yet still one up front. I just do not get it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
obelisk Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Is anyone else really nervous? My stomach is doing cartwheels. Don't think I've ever been so nervous of the first game of March. Nope. Just resigned to the fact that we'll struggle. Have spent too many years worrying about relegation but now I realise it's just a game.
Bad Wolf Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Nailed on 1-1. Anyone know what the record is for most PL 1-1 draws in a season?
Saint Benali Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 I think we will this one comfortably and so we should. Its Stoke! Gone for 3-1
Saint Albert Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Commentators on my feed having their first dig at Pellegrino: we have more goals on the bench than on the pitch, which explains why we are in our predicament apparently.
DT Posted 3 March, 2018 Posted 3 March, 2018 Jesus. What's with all the Status Quo? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
