Whether you agree with other posters or not, that's not what Crooks is saying. He's saying Lemina shouldn't have gone to Saints in the first place because we're 'not a proper outfit'.

Clearly he doesn't do any research and there is no editorial input so it's a bit of a shambles really. He appears to bang it out in half an hour based on watching Match of the Day.

I get the impression that the fact we nearly broke the glass season, managed to bonce back a few times after a summer sale despite pundits predicting otherwise really irks then. It's almost as if they are now looking at us and thinking 'HA - we told you so!'

His comment about Lemina is silly, if you can only produce every so often you are not a top class player and should not be at a top club.

 

If he produces it consistently then fair enough but at the moment he is a gamble for the big clubs and we'd be expecting upwards of £35 million for him.
