First off you always have to take these things with a pinch (normal a ****ing big one) but assuming the ball park figures are at least in the right area it can be quite interesting to see what clubs ( allegedly pay) and if some of those wages are correct they are quite surprising.

Which ever way you look at it - the figures are obscene. Some great comments about grass roots football and how guys actually pay subs to try to get a game. We are one fooked up society sadly.

Hey, steady now with the Snickers. Quite a sore point with him.

Actually I think the grass roots observations show the opposite, and are reassuring.
