Manager. The one we have is inexperienced, naive and out of his depth. It's plain to see.

 

Has our squad deteriorated the last couple of years? Yes.

 

Is it a squad that should be nose diving into a relegation battle? Not a chance.

As was the case at Alaves. Third lowest scoring team the season he came 7th and basically had Real Madrid's reserves at his disposal. Awful, defensive minded manager. And not like Rafa Benitez defensive where it's an art form, but someone who hasn't got a clue how to properly set a team up defensively either.

New manager. There's some decent players there who are obviously being very poorly managed. All I see is a manager who hasn't got a clue what he's doing tactically and clearly has no man management skills whatsoever.
