This game will mark 616 days since we last beat a top 6 side (coincidentally it was Spurs away) in the league.

Got a funny feeling we will pinch this one*

Sadly ill miss this one as off on holiday Monday (Rome, Moscow and Tokyo)

Also away for this one. Predict 0-4 and an ugly atmosphere. If Reed was any of sort of man he’d spare MP that, bloke is out of his depth. Cleaner of the SMS toilets could do better.

a large glass of delirium I think

Could get embarrassing. 1-5

Pellegrino to tell us how we controlled the first 2 minutes and that we need to play like that for the other 88.

We could feasibly start this game in the bottom 3 - failure to win would surely be the final act of MoPe's tenure.

How may more 'last matches' has he got left ?

Teams are successful most notably because they have more quality players than their opposition

To think there was a time when our record against Spurs at St Marys was unbelievable, and lets not forget when MP left us to join them, we were in a far, far better position, it was almost seen as a backward move! Wow, how things change so quickly. They will smash us, we are ****ing **** now

Think dry January might be under threat come next Sunday evening.

Watched tonight's game v Everton, second half it was like Pochetino said to them as they left the dressing room, "do well this half and its steak tonight boys" full time he just quickly opened the dressing room door threw the steak in and shut the door just as quickly.

We will lose, heavily, although we may take a sneaky 1-0 lead before capitulating. We’ll be treated to loads of videos on social media in the build up to better times when we beat Spurs previously, before a performance on Sunday that sees the fans turn on the board and manager in a big way.

Hate playing Spurs.

without doubt the worst record we've had against any club since being promoted back to the top flight in 2012.

shlthouse club with gobby fans who seem to forget it wasn't that long ago that a mid table finish was the norm for them.

Would love to get something from this, but there's no way we will. Spurs to win by more than one goal.

Our tactically inept manager to remain in charge.

Harry Kane is already licking his lips about filling his boots and Gary Lineker has already drafted his MOTD plaudits for his favourite player. It will probably be embarrassing and a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon, unless we conserve our energy in the first half and keep solid and then fresh legs on at 60 minutes gives us the whiff of a draw. We have no heroes left unfortunately. And now the cricket is getting wobbly as well...

Could be a very bad day for us, and anything other than a serious drubbing 0-4 or 5 will be a surprise on current form.

Fully expect Kane to score a hatrick; Son or Alli no doubt get in on the act, and Eriksen always seems to score against us. Alli being the nasty sneaky bastard that he is will probably get away with inflicting an ankle injury on Hojberg or Lamina to further damage our prospects for the rest of the season. But if Lloris makes a single save in the first five minutes Pellegrino will no doubt point to that as being our bad luck and how that was a game changer.

At The Dell we used to relish this sort of match whilst in a relegation scrap - remember Blackburn at home when they were going for the title - but then we had MLT and some players who played with pride and determination, rather than Relegation- Redmond, a few bottlers and others already considering where they could play next season. Better atmosphere for this at The Dell as well though with the crowd up for it and close to the pitch.

Spurs are going to surgically open us up and disembowel us. I truly fear this could be the biggest beating we are going to take this season. Really hope I'm wrong.

Spot on. Doesn't help living in Spurs country.

I dont even want to think about it.We are a shambles of a club i cant understand why the manager is still here, its as if the board actually want us to go down i just cant believe whats happening.

Can’t see anything else other than a heavy loss, toxic atmosphere and no action from Reed and Co. Spurs away support will sing our only song and intimidate the Northam faithful with “Oh when the Saints go marching down”.

In short it’s going to be miserable day I fear - shocking that it was less than two seasons ago that I went to games like this thinking we had a good chance of winning. Such is the decline in management of the first team element of the club. Thanks Les.

We need to consider our goal difference here. 11 men behind the ball, anything better than -4 would be a bonus. Maybe we could come to a gentleman’s agreement and just let them win 3-0. Alternatively, what’s the penalty if we don’t turn up?

if it gets toxic I'd imagine the directors box will have more fortification than the north/South Korean border. Hope les and Ralph have their hard hats ready.

After no wins in 10 playing this formation I just hope we go with 2 up top.

Nothing will change. Priority will be to contain and defend, even though that tactic doesn't even work as we still conceed. Need the manager to grow some balls and throw Gabbiadini and Long up front, push Boufal and Tadic to the flanks and just go for it.

But it won't happen, it will still be the same passive approach hoping it will click. it's too late now, we need to go for it. Nothing to lose. We lose if we defend, so we might as well attack.
