OttawaSaint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Fair point. A last second defeat vs Man City....a late goal from Arsenal for a draw... A narrow defeat here today (barring a last 10 minute capitulation).... Fine lines between success and failure No coincidence we are always on wrong side of that line though.
Dalek2003 Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 That was good. Let’s hope Chelsea get a bit nervous now Throw everything at them
Saints foreva Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Fingers crossed Redmond gets another yellow card before the final whistle.
trousers Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 How is that a free kick and a yellow for Redmond? Shoulder to shoulder, surely?
St Marco Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Commentator ' what a ball in by jwp, so good at crossing' the other commentator 'it was stephens'.....
5string Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Why have we waited until the last 5 minutes to play with some oomph?!
striker Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Looks much better with Austin. 3 shots, 2 on goal, we are much more threatening.
OttawaSaint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Ffs Redmond, quick simple incisive ball through to Austin and he’s clean through. Instead he waits, does a 360, stumbles and then fouls the defender. Awful.
BotleySaint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 As poor as Redmond is. Do we have anyone else?
johnnyboy Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Fingers crossed Redmond gets another yellow card before the final whistle. Our support is truly bizzare [emoji15] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Saint Albert Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Why have we waited until the last 5 minutes to play with some oomph?! Our oomphy players were left on the bench until the end?
davefoggy Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Just start the game with your best players (eg Austin) and who knows what happens. Too negative, too cautious, too many changes, sacked in the morning hopefully
Mr X Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 The only thing surprising is how on earth Chelsea have only scored one!
benjii Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 I think Austin may simply be physically incapable of starting Sun-Weds-Sat. So I can't blame MP for leaving him out today.
adrian lord Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Just start the game with your best players (eg Austin) and who knows what happens. Too negative, too cautious, too many changes, sacked in the morning hopefully He won’t get sacked.
Saints foreva Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 As poor as Redmond is. Do we have anyone else? Someone from the academy can't do worse than offering **** all in attack.
davefoggy Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Just a reminder, 4 years ago we were sitting second in table
Dalek2003 Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Relying on Arsenal, Burnley to win and draw with Stoke and Wham

Edmonton Saint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Bertrands hamstring gone, that's him out for a few weeks.
Suhari Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Betrand does his hammie.....2 weeks before the window opens.
Dalek2003 Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Bertrand may have pulled a hammy. Please no !
Shroppie Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Bertrand may have pulled a hammy. No full backs next week then. [emoji852]️ Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Ohio Saint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Saints are trying desperately to hold on to this defeat
washsaint Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 For all you lot constantly slagging Forster.......if not for him, we would be down by 5 or 6. This team is dire and coached by a buffoon.
Saint Albert Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 I think Bertrand is trying to tell the bench that he’s injured. Not sure if they’re getting the message. All subs used, I think. Bertrand leaves the pitch.
Pamplemousse Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 Just play Hesketh next time. Anyone but Redmond
davefizzy14 Posted 16 December, 2017 Posted 16 December, 2017 For all you lot constantly slagging Forster.......if not for him, we would be down by 5 or 6. This team is dire and coached by a buffoon. Agreed. Well said mate
