There's no point really going on about player performance and form when so many have struggled. They have no idea what they're supposed to be doing and never get a chance to form a coherent team. It's still a great job for a manager to take. Plenty of talent, a crowd desperate to see improvement but with very low expectations right now. Yeah VVD will go but he's been poor since summer anyway and that'll give funds to spend. Totally agree. Everton show you what a half competent manager can do to turn you around.
