How do you begin to counter this level of stupidity? Just ignore all evidence of managerial change that doesn't work, including our own, ignore evidence over long time periods...just basically pick a few results to back whatever daft point you want at the time. If this level of ignorance spreads we'd end up with....oh wait, trump is president.
