UpweySaint Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 I like Fabianski if Swansea go down. I would prefer Fraser found his best form again though.

SuperSAINT Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 How is Daniel Bentley developing at Brentford this season? Did very well last season by all accounts.
Crab Lungs Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 How is Daniel Bentley developing at Brentford this season? Did very well last season by all accounts. Quality keeper. Would get Darlow at Newcastle too Oh...and Forster... "he's just going through a bad patch"

"he's just going through a bad patch" To answer my own question on Bentley - he's doing quite well it seems: https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/brentford-s-daniel-bentley-is-the-best-goalkeeper-outside-the-premier-league-says-millwall-boss-a3659901.html
simo Posted 29 October, 2017 Author Share Posted 29 October, 2017 The young lad has been doing ok in Scotland by all accounts but probably still too early to step up yet I guess !?
Red Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 We won't be looking at anyone, sadly. Hate to agree with you but I fear that's the truth. We are a very average and non exciting side - really boring to watch. How we are 9th is shocking and reflects the PL these days - sides too afraid to lose. Thank you Sky, BT et al for ruining another enjoyable sport for the sake of greed (F1, Boxing as examples). Still love Saints, but for the love of god, this is not entertainment - was happier watching us lose an exciting game at the Dell in the old L2 than this tripe. Honestly who jumped out of their seat at today's game??

stevy777_x Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 But but but he's just a good keeper going through a bad patch.... Cost us 2 points today and 2 pts against newcastle. Can t be bothered to think of the previous games but he is a complete and utter liability. Looks utterly thick doesn t know what to do come out not come out, is too slow reacting half the time and can t get down to shots. Dave Watson chooses the keepers he wants to recruit. He has made an utter shambles of the goalkeeping department and is responsible of out **** set pieces and corners. Ship the both of them and start afresh

Dalek2003 Posted 29 October, 2017 Share Posted 29 October, 2017 Has the injury and long break affected Forster. He was good before this, or was the team that much better that it made him look good?
