Pamplemousse Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 West Ham losing 2-0 at home to Brighton Bilic's time must be up soon, surely?
whelk Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 Arnautovic proving a bargain. About as typical a West Ham bad signing as there is.
Pamplemousse Posted 20 October, 2017 Author Posted 20 October, 2017 Arnautovic would've been a good signing had they spent £10-15 million less.
Lighthouse Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 Just a shame there hasn't been any Fonte hilarity.
Lets B Avenue Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 Winning 3-0 at The Taxpayers, was soooo last year.
Lallana's Left Peg Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 Bilic should be doing better but the transfer policy at West Ham is horrendous. They only seem to buy players who have no point to prove and take sideways moves just for more money. Taking one look at their team tonight: Hart - on big wages and very poor. Replaced Randolph who was doing well for them Zabaleta - legs gone Fonte - moved for money and old. Arnoutovic - sideways move for more money Hernandez - could have joined many better teams but demanded high wages for a player with little resale value at the end of his contract Ayew - sideways move for more money Is it any wonder none of them care or look motivated.
Badger Posted 20 October, 2017 Posted 20 October, 2017 Winning 3-0 at The Taxpayers, was soooo last year. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Wonder if we'll manage it again this season.

They're the football equivalent of a kid with ADHD and rich parents. Always buying the latest toy, ten minutes later 'I'm bored, next!'

It's true. They're possibly the worst run club in the prem. It's also similar to our new strategy tying everyone up to long contracts, not because they actually deserved it, but because the board got it in their head that they could hold onto players better. Is it any wonder some of our players look ponderous when they've been given a great new deal and have no suitors from bigger clubs, they'll happily finish their careers here. Looks likely that 2 of the established PL clubs will drop this season.
whelk Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Made me smile fromTwitter : The first seven names on the Brighton team sheet sound like a stag weekend roll call
Charlie Wayman Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 We need three teams to do worse than us and I'll settle for WHU, B & B and CP, so all strength to their dismal run!
SW5 SAINT Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 We need three teams to do worse than us and I'll settle for WHU, B & B and CP, so all strength to their dismal run! Not sure that Palace will do worse than us..............
whelk Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 We should have bought Richarlison - looks a handful. Exactly sort of player we need.
Pamplemousse Posted 21 October, 2017 Author Posted 21 October, 2017 We should have bought Richarlison - looks a handful. Exactly sort of player we need. He just missed an open goal. So he would've fit in well here...
whelk Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 He just missed an open goal. So he would've fit in well here... Got to be there to miss ‘em
SW5 SAINT Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 We should have bought Richarlison - looks a handful. Exactly sort of player we need. It's Marco Silva we should have bought......
whelk Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 It's Marco Silva we should have bought...... Yep clearly and would’ve liked him. Even more so in hindsight
SuperSAINT Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 We should have bought Richarlison - looks a handful. Exactly sort of player we need. We dont scout South America.
doddisalegend Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 It's Marco Silva we should have bought...... TBF I'm pretty sure MoPe will have no trouble losing to Chelsea either
doddisalegend Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Result very harsh on Watford. They should have taken their chances. One of the major differences between most PL sides and the best ones is the ability to make your chances count.
Golac's Iron Gonads Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 That result up at a depleted Stoke gets worse with every game they play since. 2-0 down at home to Bournemouth after 18 minutes
doddisalegend Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 That result up at a depleted Stoke gets worse with every game they play since. 2-0 down at home to Bournemouth after 18 minutes Apparently Stoke have only one won game in seven ....
Saints foreva Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Apparently Stoke have only one won game in seven .... Standard Saints.
skintsaint Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Utd two down at Huddersfield, Citeh winning after a dive of a penalty...will wonder if retrospective ban will follow? Probably not.
striker Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 ManU does not look ready to play. Looks like they spent last night at some pubs instead of the hotel.
igsey Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Watching MotD - how on earth has Skate Appleton found himself in the diving seat at Leicester? My other half's dad is a massive Leicester fan, said they look exactly the same as they did in the week, even making the same subs at the same time. Not his biggest fan! tajjuk Posted 21 October, 2017 Posted 21 October, 2017 Watford's performance against Chelsea makes our defeat against them look less bad, but then watching Stoke makes that loss look even worse. Though I think West Ham, Stoke, Everton and West Brom our perennial 7-10th rivals currently look a lot worse than us.

Lorne Malvo Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Koeman probably saw Watfords performance of how they got stuck in and get a win and thought...hmm I'll do the opposite and sit everyone behind the ball and let Arsenal pass around as much as they want
Lighthouse Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Gueye off... just gets better and better for Koeman.

Ultimatt Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Everton officially in the bottom 3. £155m spent
Pamplemousse Posted 22 October, 2017 Author Posted 22 October, 2017 Bad set of results for Heisenberg this weekend
Saints foreva Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Hopefully they keep him on at least until our game.
jawillwill Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Hopefully they keep him on at least until our game. Whilst it seems funny and I hope Koeman gets the sack as a result of their bad form, I really don't think Everton are in any trouble at all and will comfortably finish top half. They have had a very difficult start in the Premier League this season. With the exception of the Burnley game they have got points in every game they have played against those outside of the 'big 6'.
iansums Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Liverpool 1 down to Spurs already with poor defending from Lovren yet again, this weekend gets even better.
iansums Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Make that 2-0, Lovren howler again, brilliant.
SNSUN Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Lovren is so shyte it's hilarious. How the dippers could do with a decent defender right now...
davefizzy14 Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Lovren with 2 mistakes already haha Judas. What a weekend l, that is getting even better!
Lord Duckhunter Posted 22 October, 2017 Posted 22 October, 2017 Looks like he’s getting the hook ...... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
