obelisk Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 1-2 with 5 mins left and still the passing is sideways, backwards with no penetration at all.
Mr X Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 time for the new owners to pull that trigger?
scotty Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 That was practically in the net from the second Cedric tried to get clever.
verlaine1979 Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Long, Austin and Gabbi on at the same time? At least the get-it-in-the-mixer crowd will be pleased.
OttawaSaint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Boufal looks the most likely. Shoulda shot.
Supersubpuckett Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 MP ran out of ideas weeks ago.....remember a couple of seasons ago when tadic and long got about 20 goals between them.....we couldn't score under puel....we can't score or defend with this guy
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 (edited) Watching you troll all posters. Nothing changes. Indeed, you are still a bit of a tool... Oh and i was right about VVD despite your "clever" wit Edited 30 September, 2017 by ALWAYS_SFC
James Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Long, Austin and Gabbi on at the same time? At least the get-it-in-the-mixer crowd will be pleased. Yeah we really ought to be able to judge how it works on 4 minutes of evidence...
Lighthouse Posted 30 September, 2017 Author Posted 30 September, 2017 So after the easiest start we could possibly have hoped for, we're going to be about 14th in the table by the end of this weekend. Long, long season...
Saints foreva Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 So after the easiest start we could possibly have hoped for, we're going to be about 14th in the table by the end of this weekend. Long, long season... Newcastle, WBA, Brighton and Burnley up next before we hit a run where we play the big boys. We are ****ed if we don't win at least 3 of those.
OttawaSaint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Couple of close chances there. Just doesn’t seem to break for us in these goalmouth scrambles.
obelisk Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Seen it so many times with Saints. If you can't beat the teams around you a relegation struggle is the result.
5string Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Glen Johnson on for Stoke - we've still got a chance, then.
Mr X Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Newcastle, WBA, Brighton and Burnley up next before we hit a run where we play the big boys. We are ****ed if we don't win at least 3 of those. doesn't bode well for us if we cant beat stoke
Supersubpuckett Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 ironic that the first season in years where we haven't sold loads of our top players and we end up being cack
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 You can say that again. He will on repeat
OttawaSaint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 And there’s Cedric again. What a miss.
James Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Get rid of Pellegrino Unfortunate but probably the best move we could make. We’ve gotten even worse under him.
Disco Stu Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Normally I would be annoyed they just killed 2 minutes but we're not going to score anyway...
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 And there’s Cedric again. What a miss. Hardly mate...
Nordic Saint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 We've been like that since the club failed to replace Mane and Pelle. It makes you realize what a good job Puel did to get us up to 8th place with such a limited squad with no goal scorers in it.
OttawaSaint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Cocks! Shot ourselves in the foot. ****ing Saints.
geoffnut Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Changes need to be made now including this clueless manager.
tobes8 Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Nothing is going to change for the better until January. We've a manager who seems clueless and unable to accept that his style isn't working and les reed who's not addressed the major issues of last season. We are really poor and certainly could end up in a relegation fight. Shambles
OttawaSaint Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Don’t care what anyone says, Cedric is a waste of space.
GarrettIvo Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Next game can we just play VVD and Gabbi up top?
Pamplemousse Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Pellegrino isn't the issue - it's the PLAYERS. And therefore, Les Reed is ultimately responsible. We had a poor transfer window AGAIN. Puel was dealt a bad hand, as was Pellegrino.
Disco Stu Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 That's two games in a row now we've started with the wrong team and we've paid the price.
striker Posted 30 September, 2017 Posted 30 September, 2017 Well we looked good in extra time, so we have that.
