Ticket Office on Matchdays

I ended up going to the Wolves game at the last minute and as such had to buy on the day. Ended up missing kick off as I was queuing for just over 40 minutes. Hardly surprising really as there were only 6 windows open. Is this just because it was a cup game with a large walk up or is this a frequent problem the club needs to address?

 

I would suggest a small portacabin opposite the ticket office which is only open for 1 hour before kick off. 4 windows (one for each stand), no concessions, no choosing which seat, no faffing. Just 4 stacks of pre-printed tickets, walk up and stick your card in the reader, done.
