Wimborne_saint Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Charlie Daniels with an absolute screamer to put Bournemouth ahead against City!
Pass the Dutchie Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Bournemouth playing really well so far.
S-Clarke Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 1-1 now. Should be a good game this....very open.
Heisenberg Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Josh King looks a player. Hit the post and bookings for Kompany and Mendy as hes so direct and fast. Unsure if its just the way AFCB play but he looks decent If we do end up selling VVD would be good to go pinch a player or two from our closest league rivals
SNSUN Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Bournemouth fans can thanks me, I took Daniels out of my dream team and put in Lascelles. Wait - Sterling nicks it!
Heisenberg Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 (edited) Poor AFCB lol 97th minute Deflecting off surman Sterling then sent off for 2nd yellow (celebrating) harsh Edited 26 August, 2017 by Heisenberg
Lighthouse Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Funny how the three other teams who "I wish we were like..." are currently in the bottom three.
Batman Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 west ham have let in nearly 100 goals in the last 50 games or so. incredible
Heisenberg Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Slaven Bilić must be looking at both barrels.?
S-Clarke Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 West Ham are a bit confusing. Also close to imploding. They'll get better though.
shurlock Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Soft pen for the mancs. Justice done, its saved.
S-Clarke Posted 26 August, 2017 Posted 26 August, 2017 Slaven Bilic's position as West Ham manager is under review after today's 3-0 defeat at Newcastle, Sky sources understand. The club's owners David Sullivan and David Gold have a track record of standing by their managers, but we understand they are considering dismissing Bilic after three defeats in three games this season. A senior source at the club has told us that the team's performance was totally unacceptable and the board were very worried by what they saw. We understand the club's owners have not decided yet whether to keep Bilic or to dismiss him with the international break coming up. The porno brothers strike again.
Gingeletiss Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 west ham have let in nearly 100 goals in the last 50 games or so. incredible They could do with a decent CH to partner Fonte
HKsaint Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 West Ham should not have dropped Fonte. Pathetic.
GarrettIvo Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 West Ham are a bit confusing. Also close to imploding. They'll get better though. Not so sure about that. They'll be relying so heavily on Hernandez, who was an astute signing. But you can bet your balls Arnoutovic will pick up a couple more red cards as the season goes along. Plus he's not THAT great anyway. Not worth the cash they paid at least. Carroll will occasionally get off the massage table to nab a few. But they are **** poor in the middle of the park, and even worse defensively. They're in for a long season I reckon. It gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

Their last 6 biggest transfer fees were for: Arnautovic 28 Chicharito 29 Ayew 26 Lanzini 23 Snodgrass 29 Fonte 33

Shroppie Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Bournemouth really were robbed by Mike Dean. Foul given that wasn't, kick taken from the wrong place, goal in the 7th min of 5 extra. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Saint_Tony Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Reckon their best player is Michail " not good enough for the championship" Antonio....Their transfer strategy is just an absolute embarassment. I remember last summer, they were stating 'we want to sign a £20 million striker'. Then ended up with Ayew who was probably .12th choice on their list. I expect Swansea didn't even ask for that much, but the bubble blowers wanted to make a 'statement of intent'. As much as he has been mocked on here in recent times, Antonio is the only player who would improve our squad. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

S-Clarke Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Yeah, I like Zouma. Would have been a mainstay in Chelsea's team had it not been for the injuries imo. Stoke have a very powerful defence... I notice Everton were done today at Chelsea, had a quick peak on 'grand old team' and they are already starting to turn on Koeman and comparing him to Martinez, which is odd.
Pamplemousse Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Europa League will do that to them. They played on the Monday too, which didn't help.

Delusion is in the air up there.
S-Clarke Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Delusion is in the air up there. They seem to think they're at the stage now where they should be competing with the likes of Chelsea and City. They'll never get satisfaction up there. Maybe they need to invent some new dugouts.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Klopps a ****ing loon, or a liar. Resting the keeper????? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
qwertyell Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Bournemouth really were robbed by Mike Dean. Foul given that wasn't, kick taken from the wrong place, goal in the 7th min of 5 extra. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk The extra time was justified. The board didn't even go up until the 91st minute because the referee and 4th official were busy intervening in a prolonged squabble between Pep and Howe. And then once play finally got underway Adobe got injured, received treatment and needed substituting. There were easily more than two wasted minutes to add onto the "minimum 5 minutes" first announced. Probably wasn't a foul, though, but robbed is a bit of a stretch.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Kurt zouma's been excellent. Henry & Souness scathing about his defending for the goal, but what do they know eh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

striker Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Arsenal looks horrible. Its like they are a Championship side now. Just terrible.

OttawaSaint Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Redmond should watch that Mane goal on a loop. That's exactly what we want from him. Mane was a miserable little bastard while at Saints, was positively beaming after that goal. Is there something in the water down Solent way?
Lighthouse Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 (edited) Arsenal could be on their way to one of those Chelsea/Liverpool mid-table finishes from a couple of years ago if they aren't careful. They look awful, although no doubt they will suddenly start looking good in January when it's too late and they're 1000 miles away from the title race. Edited 27 August, 2017 by Lighthouse
S-Clarke Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Wenger does himself no favours. Stubborn old fool.
Batman Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 how can you sign a £52m striker and whack him on the bench in the first big game Just bizarre
Window Cleaner Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 how can you sign a £52m striker and whack him on the bench in the first big game Just bizarre Lacazette you mean ? Well it's Lacazette innit, probably done something stupid during the week or just been his plain old self. Excellent player but.............
Lighthouse Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Can't wait for Saints game against this lot. Knowing us, Tadic will get the ball in a space the size of a car park on the edge of their box and still play it out sideways to Davis.
Saints foreva Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Liverpool will compete for the title if they get VvD.
SaintAndy14 Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Ozil really is just what would happen if you put Tadic in a good side. Some good games, more assists but ultimately a complete liability half the time. Never seen the appeal. If you're going to be that lazy, you need to be scoring goals! It's like if MLT had only scored 7 or 8 per season, no one would have put up with the lack of running! Amazing Wenger puts up with so many just not putting the effort in. Just overpowered in so many away games. Pathetic really. Wish we'd had them at SMS early season. Exactly. I call him the 'Ghost' as he goes missing so often during matches, particularly away, as you say. I just can't believe how dreadful this Arsenal side are. Disjointed, a clear lack of effort and the entire team look as though they've never played together before. Extremely edgy and riddled with poor decision-making. We have our moans about Saints, but imagine being an Arsenal fan at this match...Disgraceful performance.
shurlock Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Chris Wood, the ultimate champo donkey with a last gasp equaliser for Burnley against Spurs
SuperSAINT Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Ozil is a ****ing disgrace. - New contract for Wenger. - No top class defender signed. - No top class defensive mid signed. Same old.
Micky Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 Liverpool will compete for the title if they get VvD.They really won't. Liverpool look good today purely because arsenal are abysmal. Probably one of the laziest woeful performances i have witnessed in a very long time. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
SaveloyMush Posted 27 August, 2017 Posted 27 August, 2017 I hope there is a big sell-on clause in Mané's contract...
