It can be spun lots of different ways pal (just as the Augsburg game can be). Sevilla started a weakened side, have a game tmrw and are behind us in their preseason preparation. By the sounds of it, it was a pretty drab encounter. Frankly am more excited by the prospect of a new midfielder coming in.

Pre-season games are always a bit of a non-event! This was decent for a pre-season game to be fair, but the 2nd half was drab to say the least.

 

Big positives to come out are Jack Stephens continuing rise and Gabbi's sharpness - that finish was first time, bang. Sniffing in the right places as well. Tons of goals in this lad.

 

Good game from Davis as well I thought, played more advanced (where he needs to play) and we saw the benefit.

 

So, that's pre-season done then. Another long season incoming...

Absolutely. I mean Seville beat Arsenal 2-1, so that shows we are 3 goals better than them.
