ozzmeister Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 With Fonte with us as a reigning European champion do we have anyone in the squad where we will likely see this feat again? The only options I can think of: - The England lot (but do we ever have any chance of getting near a semi-final, let along winning it) - Virgin (relies on Holland actually turning up for a tournament - Yoshida (what's the Asian equivalent of the Euros) - Romeu (needs to be called up by Spain I think the latter is the only viable option!
ozzmeister Posted 23 March, 2017 Author Posted 23 March, 2017 Gabbiadini? Good shout trouser! Is he a full international yet?
Window Cleaner Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Don't think we have any Germans in our effective do we ?
Saint86 Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Gabbiadini? Not unless Italy are going to qualify first... I reckon Southgate's going to win something as England manager.

Window Cleaner Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Good shout trouser! Is he a full international yet? Has 6 full caps I think . Last one was probably about 18 months ago. May have even been replaced by Pelle.
Give it to Ron Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Has 6 full caps I think . Last one was probably about 18 months ago. May have even been replaced by Pelle. Was called up to the squad this week but had to drop out through injury.
sandwichsaint Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Everton's Fraser Forster saves 3 penalties to help England lift the 2018 WC after a shoot out victory, while Southampton's Joe Hart can only watch from the bench and rue a season that's seen him lose both form and confidence after his surprise switch from Torino. England GK coach Dave Watson declined to comment.
salisbury saints1 Posted 23 March, 2017 Posted 23 March, 2017 Not beyond the realms of possibility that Serbia could win the euros so Tadic is in the mix.
