Saint_clark Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 BT saying he has a hamstring injury….Zlatan and Pogba to follow hopefully….need some reciprocity for VVD I really don't think it's that bad. He walked off with no limp at all and sat on the bench rather than going down the tunnel to get treatment.

Graffito Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 Scholes suggesting the injury is 10 days and so thought Sunday would be too soon. Even if it's just a tight hamstring he might not be risked. Here's hoping anyway. St Etienne have been rubbish. Hope the manager's told them to get stuck in. rallyboy Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 If matey only has a very slight hamstring strain let him start on Sunday and rip the thing open the first time he sets off at pace. Apart from that, I don't care whether they put out a third team, I just want us to beat whoever is stuck out there in front of us. And Jose can say whatever he wants, I won't be listening. OttawaSaint Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 Tell him Gabbiadini hasn't played in the English League Cup this season with Italian team Napoli... so isn't cup tied! Are you sure? I reckon Pompey played them in an earlier round in front of a 120,000 crowd at Farton. The Italians said that it was the pinnacle or their careers and that they haven't seen better more passionate supporters than that night.

SKD Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 Who was it on here that said Utd had their Europa league game moved because of the final? Whoever said it is wrong and have based that on no factual evidence at all. The reason is because Lyon (c30 miles from St Etienne) are at home tomorrow night. Exactly the same reason for Fenerbahce playing tonight as well (Besiktas at home tomorrow). Couldn't tell you why Schalke are though. However it doesn't surprise me that someone has made this up as some people generally seem to believe everyone in football and the football media hates us

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Never mind him I'm looking forward to his meltdown after the match, complaining that referees are 'afraid' again. Once again in this cup run, we don't go in as favourites, and once again, we WILL have a chance. With just a little bit of luck, we might just take it. AK Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 Not that it will effect many on here but I ordered my kids some of the Wembley tat/merchandise from the mega store having been prompted by one of those marketing emails-along the lines of order now ,delivery guaranteed for Wembley. Anyway it turns out as my order included flags they don't post out any items on the order even though that's isn't made clear on any of the purchase info. I have to collect the lot from SMS. Not a real issue apart from we are away for half term until Saturday night. Just thought I'd give heads up in case anyone else has bought anything. Online it just says my order has been fulfilled but someone was checking at home and nothing had been delivered.

AK Posted 22 February, 2017 Share Posted 22 February, 2017 I don't know- I phoned up to find out where the order was and guy looking into it who was very helpful said "because of the poles" I assume he meant something to do with breakages or cost of posting rather than the nationality. He did also say he wasn't aware of this restriction until he looked into my order.

These were flags as in stadium flags not the car ones don't know the size but I'd guess a a couple of feet square so I guess the pole could be 2-3 foot. Not a massive issue I know but if anyone else has ordered online and is expecting a delivery just check your merchandise isn't waiting in store.
