Lallana's Left Peg Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 Please be De Gea... It's not - it's their third choice keeper Joel Pereira.
OldNick Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 VVD out for 2-3 months, makes you wonder what our physios were thinking leaving on the pitch for a couple of minutes after thier initial look!!!
trousers Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 VVD out for 2-3 months, makes you wonder what our physios were thinking leaving on the pitch for a couple of minutes after thier initial look!!! Same thought occurred to me earlier. One wonders how much the injury was made worse by him carrying on.
Window Cleaner Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 It's not - it's their third choice keeper Joel Pereira. Who they've only recently recalled from a loan in Spain somewhere to give him game time, although probably less than he was actually getting. Probably just had a better paying offer for Johnstone.
Greenridge Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 VVD out for 2-3 months, makes you wonder what our physios were thinking leaving on the pitch for a couple of minutes after thier initial look!!! Yes, they should have taken their pocket MRI scanners out with them on the pitch and made a fulll diagnostic assessment there and then.
Saint Billy Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 VVD out for 2-3 months, makes you wonder what our physios were thinking leaving on the pitch for a couple of minutes after thier initial look!!! I doubt if they have got xray vision.
diggers Posted 3 February, 2017 Posted 3 February, 2017 Yes, they should have taken their pocket MRI scanners out with them on the pitch and made a fulll diagnostic assessment there and then. They obviously didn't know what was wrong with him so surely it would of been prudent to get him straight off until they did have a pocket MRI scanner too hand. VVD doesn't seem to type do make a fuss about a slight injury so they should of taken his obvious discomfort as a sign that something was amiss.
ART Posted 4 February, 2017 Posted 4 February, 2017 I believe Charlie Austin went to the US for his shoulder operation Austin went to see a specialist in the States for advice but was operated in this country.

Dalek2003 Posted 4 February, 2017 Posted 4 February, 2017 thank god it wasnt a broken leg then as they would have let him run around on that lol. I, well... in the 'olden days' a wet sponge and some whale grease and he'd been ok, broken leg or not.
