Can anyone see how to select a price category online this morning

We are logged on, selected 5 and there is no option for the Cetegory, so block 126 gives us £72 tickets Cat 3 at the front but no option for choosing Category 2 tickets?

Can't help the OP, but I've just had a mare. The site would not let me buy tickets for both my Dad and I who both qualify. I could select two tickets but it only put one in the basket. Ended up buying one for my Dad expecting to be then able to go back and get one for me. But it then kicked me out. Now saying I have a 1 hour wait to log back in!!!

I assume that means I won't be able to sit next to my dad....

Our issues were the iPad being used, he couldnt see the seating plan to select specific seats, so went up to Block 529 and purchased front row above Club Wembley. All sorted finally.

If you click on the exact block you want on the big Wembley plan then it lets you choose your exact seat.

Thanks for the tip, the iPad was the issue!

Finally got back into the online system and managed to get myself a ticket. The ones next to my Dad had now gone though, so I'm going to be sat 3 rows behind him. Anyone else having problems with linked family and friends tickets?

Why didn't you choose your seat? Click on a section to enlarge and select your seats.

The system seemed to work well for me. The only criticism was that I had to keep trying various areas of the stadium until I found a couple of seats together which involved a bit of going backwards and forwards. I would recommend not using Safari on an iPad. I have had problems on several ticketing systems with it.

I had the same issue as above but did as you did and finally got 4 after several goes where it dropped one.

That is exactly what I did! I selected two available seats next to each other, which were then displayed in the top left corner and their colour changed on the seat plan from "available" to "selected", but every time I then went to complete the purchase, only one seat got pulled through to "my basket". I could allocate this one seat to either my father's customer number or mine, but no matter what I did I couldn't get two seats in the basket at the same time to complete the purchase. I went back and forth about five times between the seat selection screen and the checkout screen, with exactly the same problem every time. In the end purchased the first ticket for my Dad, in the very front row of block 552, as soon as that purchase was complete the system kicked me out. It then took me another 40mins to log back in, by which time the other seats in the front row were unavailable!

I eventually managed to get a seat behind my father in the 3rd row of the same block, but it obviously would've been nice to be sat together for the final!

Is the seating plan on the Wembley site or the Saints ticket site?

Yes. Just click on the block and up comes a layout of indivdual seats. You have to move the red 'window' around to look for seats within that block. Take careful note of which is the pitch side.
