A couple of million less for every place lower in the league we finish. Personally would rather look back in 20 years and look back fondly at the season when we won both cups, rather than how we finished 11th rather than 9th and be chuffed at the extra 4m profit we made that season.

In what way are you 'happy' with that team? And Wycombe, the team who just lost?

Yeah, you're right. On reflection, I'm dreadfully unhappy with the team. Puel out.

It was a pretty straightforward question. I'm interested why you are happy but it doesn't seem you know why. Fair enough.

The league is more important financially. The higher we finish, the more money we get.

Winning the FA Cup would be worth more than one place gained in the PL though when the TV revenue and gate receipts are taken into account, making the Final is also a ticket to Europe. Still would prioritise the League over the Cup at this stage.

Biggest problem with today's team is that apart from Long there is not an experienced leader on the pitch, think I might have put Davis in there with that in mind.

Yep, I'd much rather we had £5m extra in the bank than actually try to win a cup. The mass rotation is a gamble but let's hope it works.

Apart from Gardos, Isgrove & Lewis, all the other players have had decent runs in the 1st team at various times. Thanks to Puel's 'yoof' policy.

Yea. Did you see the beautiful set of accounts we posted last year? Let's hope we do even better this financial year, and fill that Trophy Cabinet with lever arch files.

We (the supporters) won't get any money. We will get the joy and excitement of a good cup run.

Excited to see Gardos at work anyway.

Arsenal are putting out a weakened team too so anything is a possibility that's for sure.

Arsenal have a couple of weak elements, we have a reserve team. Still it's the Cup so always plenty of room for the odd surprise.

Lewis, Martina, Gardos, Stephens, McQueen, Reed, Clasie, Hojbjerg, Sims, Isgrove, Long

Subs: Taylor, Yoshida, Bertrand, Davis, Romeu, Tadic, Redmond

Wow that's terrible

Strong bench!!

Is Gardos the new Yoshida? He's always looked okay the few times I've seen him play. Is he now the Danny Fox of the team?

He's the worst player everyone has hardly seen play because one of our worst team performances I can remember!

Looking at Arsenals line up we can definitely still win this. We need to test Gardos at some point, no use just writing off a £7million (£10+million with wages) investment.
