St Louis Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Does anyone have any idea how well this match is selling? I understand we've been given around 5,650 tickets, and the club are selling to STH's first who have attended so many away games, and if any are left their will be an announcement next week. https://southamptonfc.com/matches/2016-17/efl-cup/liverpool-v-saints-2017-01-25/ticket-info I'm a Member who has been to 2 of the 3 EFL games so far, but am unsure whether I have any hope of getting a ticket or not. I happen to be in the North West on business that week, so would love to go along to the game. (If there is a STH who can't go and would like to help me out, I'd happily pay above the odds for a ticket and be eternally grateful)
Whitey Grandad Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 I am an ST with two domestic aways and I had an email from the club this morning saying that I was eligible for a ticket to Anfield.
St Louis Posted 28 December, 2016 Author Posted 28 December, 2016 Thanks Whitey, at least that means there are still tickets at the minute then.
Dan Posted 29 December, 2016 Posted 29 December, 2016 I can't see us taking any more than 3 to 4000. No way will we sell it out, someone at the ticket office will be in trouble when we have to foot the bill for 1000+ unsold tickets.
marc_saint Posted 29 December, 2016 Posted 29 December, 2016 Looking at the online booking page where you can choose your seat there are LOADS still available even in the central blocks. I'd say anybody who wants a ticket for this will get one and guessing that many people may well be waiting to see the outcome of the home leg to see if we're in a good position going into the away game.

Yep, agree. It's a long way to go, midweek, if we are already 2 or 3 goals behind.
Poolesaint Posted 1 January, 2017 Posted 1 January, 2017 Hoping to go with a mate, we're members but should gave no problem getting tickets. Does anyone know when they go on sale to members as last day for st holders was the 30th dec? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The Cat Posted 4 January, 2017 Posted 4 January, 2017 Maybe people are waiting on the result of the first leg before buying a ticket. I have train and hotel booked but no ticket yet and may well sack it all off if we get stuffed at home.
Noodles34 Posted 4 January, 2017 Posted 4 January, 2017 yes, was wondering to do that, though chancy if we do have a good first result. Anyone had their home tickets yet? Had the away ones but not the home ones in.
Heisenberg Posted 4 January, 2017 Posted 4 January, 2017 Might be worth getting the tickets on the membership history.... Might help when the cup final ticket allocation gets dripped out

Noodles34 Posted 5 January, 2017 Posted 5 January, 2017 oh, okay they are straight onto the season tickets? It says on the history 'printed', I will check then.
saintoaks Posted 11 January, 2017 Posted 11 January, 2017 Anybody know any train deals to Liverpool ? Can't stand the bingo bus and really don't want to drive.

jim_bergerac Posted 12 January, 2017 Posted 12 January, 2017 Do you think we'll sell out our allocation with the tie still in the balance?
marc_saint Posted 12 January, 2017 Posted 12 January, 2017 Do you think we'll sell out our allocation with the tie still in the balance? Well tickets are now on general sale to any supporter with a purchase history from the 2014/15 season so no excuse for people not getting a ticket. Looking at the available seats on the website it seems that most of the central blocks are sold (apart from the seats at the back with a poor view because of the roof on the upper tier) but there's plenty of seats available at the sides. I reckon loads would have been waiting for last nights result before deciding as it wouldn't have been good going up there on the back of a 3-0 defeat but hopefully we'll now have a big push on sales. We have a total allocation of 5,646 tickets for the game so would be awesome to sell out. Come on guys!! It's a semi final and we're 1-0 up!! (also great that we didnt concede last night as the away goal could make the difference!
AO168154 Posted 12 January, 2017 Posted 12 January, 2017 Hi guys, my name's Alex. I'm new to this forum Just wondering if anyone was travelling from Manchester to the game? I've just moved to Manchester and would love to go with someone! If someone is driving then I would be more than happy to chuck in some petrol money!

Many of their members are from the Manc area. It looks like trains could be a problem if it goes down to Extra Time and Penalties.
AO168154 Posted 12 January, 2017 Posted 12 January, 2017 Thanks for the advice! Yeah I realised that too :/
Poolesaint Posted 26 January, 2017 Posted 26 January, 2017 What a night! Pandemonium in the saints end when long scored, unbelievable!! Got in at 3 in morning and at work by half 8.absolutely buzzing!! [emoji56][emoji56][emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
